    U4U are Parolees not Refugees. They could potentially file for Asylum but that would be complicated. I assume most would not qualify. Seems a simple adjustment case, be aware that LPR's do miss out on a lot of benefits Parolees have.

    This was all obviously pre packaged. They must have decided that they simply could not get rid of her, she would not let them and they were hosed by their own DEI. I cannot imagine for a second that they would not want to, given the option. After all is there a worse credible alternate?
