    I do not know about the adoption route, if I have seen it discussed I have forgotten about it. A Naturalisation Certificate is always a good idea. Presumably she can travel on the smale basis as her mother. Ohh it would be the Mother applying for Naturalisation.

    Not sure I understand why you would do it that way. How old are they? Assuming you can file for them there is the issue of the Father and I think they may be looking at their Mothers status. Who would take them to the interview?
