    This seems an odd question as there are specialist Lawyers who focus on the Entertainment Industry and handle these by the bucket load. I would think Agents/Management Teams would be well aware of them and who to use.

    There is never an official reason, and time lines vary, I have seen quite a few people use Henya who are not Kenyans so maybe that is hurting the processing times.

    Generally the VWP only allows you to volunteer for positions where no one would ever be paid, unclear if this is the case. Think Soup Kitchen

    I have never heard of them using such a service, are you sure it was USCIS?
