Do you think I knew he was going to be abusive and look into a crystal ball before coming. Another pointless comment and I really am questioning your reasoning.

So because I had an option to leave it didn't happen or makes it ok? These types of comments are very unnecessary. I still endured it. It doesn't make it okay or not valid if the abused person has a place to go. This is absolutely ridiculous I'm looking for people who have had similar experience and not people's opinions.

Police reports are the best evidence of abuse, but USCIS knows that vast majority of DV cases just go unreported, so they'll take other things like a self-affidavit and psychological evaluation. I've seen cases approved on psych evaluations or even self-affidavits alone if they're grisly enough. This is unlike something like U-visa where a police report is a must.
 
In fact looking through the VAWA thread over in Effects of Major Family Changes on Immigration Benefits few if any get RFE'd for evidence of abuse. RFEs that do happen relate more to cohabitation and bona fides of the marriage, and more rarely to whether you were properly divorced and therefore free to re-marry.
 
I don't think OP stands to lose anything more than lawyer fees in trying. She does seem to meet the statutory requirements at very least.

No planning on a life together but thank you for the unnecessary comment. We had plans of opening a buisness together. 

Other than your daughter petitioning for you, you could consider filing an I-360 self-petition based on the fact that you were abused by a US citizen spouse when you were in the USA visiting.  Since you were not residing in the US it may be a long shot, but if you have documentation such as police reports to prove the abuse occurred, an experienced US immigration lawyer may be able to help you give it a try.  Do more research on the I-360 and if you think your evidence is strong, do an initial free consultation with a few good US immigration attorneys (I suggest meeting with attorneys in the US via Zoom) to get some second opinions and find out how costly and feasible this path would be.  Good luck!

Replied with additional evidence requested Feb 08 which they recieved Feb 12. No updates on both old and new websites since receiving initial application dated August 30. 
 
March 18 NOA2 approved 🎈🎉
 
So over 5 weeks for RFE to be approved. It is still not updated on the website, I called to inquire at week 2 as it did not even state they recieved the evidence. I was told it is up to the person looking after your case if they want to update anything on the website. To me it is pointless having the website then; maybe they would not have such a backlog of calls if they actually updated the websites 🤭.

So we called USCIS on February 4th spoke with an operator who had no information. Then magically an RFE was sent very next day lol issued Feb 5th received on the 8th. Add us to the request for more evidence of meeting club. Just baffles me that including a plane ticket and a notorized letter of intent to marry with a statement from both of us on ONE page does not provide their one meeting requirement. If we had to be both present to sign the letter in front of the notary yes we met. I am just thankful it only took us 3 days to receive it, now to wait for the RFE reply .........😬😐🤞
