Wow we already have one US citizen here! Congratulations PoohBear72. Ironically, you and I, we filed on the same day, but I have yet to receive an interview letter. What a difference. I guess this is the price that I have to pay for living in a beautiful Golden State, haha. 

They should pay you to be on call to account for the fact that you can't do anything else with your time.

Interview went well, IO thought I was still married, had to correct her and provide her with divorce decree. Considering I was divorced only half a year after receiving the 10yr GC she was suspicious, and understandably so; asked me if I married him for the Green Card. I told her no, because that's the God-honest truth. I added that it was a complicated situation where he gaslighted me about his cheating. She understood completely after that.
 
She asked me a bunch more questions because apparently they were left blank even though I answered them all in the online application, like being in the Nazi Germany party, I was confused, because I had already answered all of those questions on the application, and she just said that I was like the 10th person that she had to do this with, must've been a glitch in the application.
 
Made me write on a screen, asked me 6 civics/history questions, then told me I passed. Yay!

My Oath ceremony is slated to be held December 6th, my ex-husband's birthday.

@GloAndCole and @Prawninator, it was a really great day.  It has left me with a sense of permanence and security.  I thought that I would actually read the oath out aloud albeit bit by bit with everyone else at the same time, but the judge read it out like a question and everyone had to respond "I do".  Kind of odd to me, but hey.  Also we all stood for the judge on his arrival but people left immediately once they'd got their paperwork.  No grand applause for everyone at the end, most had already left.  My wife and I stuck around so I could have a picture next to the seal and then the flag.  I helped a lady take some nice pictures in the same way as she was on her own (so sad really!!).  But everyone was smiling and even the older more stoic of those present were eminating a sense of pride.
 
At the beginning we were given several bits of paperwork, one of which was the words to the star spangled banner, the words to the oath and the pledge of allegence, the pledge happened as quick as a flash before the judge sat down.  I had my right hand in the air like I was swearing an oath and my wife kindly showed me to place in on my heart.  By the time I realised what we were doing and I'd found my bit of paper with the words on it was over.  The oath I didn't need the words to and we didn't use the words to the star spangled banner.  (it was a bit of a mess if I'm honest - but I didn't care lol)
 
Once USCIS had processed all our paperwork we waited about an hour for the judge to arrive.  My wife liked the judges speech about freedom and the reason why people are lining up to come here and not places like Syria (Yes he said that!).  He talked about the entrepreneurial spirit in Americans and a few other things, but after waiting for an hour I personally didn't really care what he had to say. 
 
There was an opportunity to register to vote afterwards which I ignored because I'm going to do that at my local BMV.  I didn't see anything about updating the Social Security records, but on the paperwork it does say that you should wait tens business days before going to update it so that USCIS can forward some paperwork to them.
 
Jeans were worn by several at Cleveland!  But they looked out of place and to a degree disrespectful especially when you were asked not to were them. 
 
As I have read a few times on here:  "My contract with USCIS is over". 🙂

I dressed up to work as the scariest thing I know - A strong, independent woman. I guess it's really not that scary, only just to some boys around here. So I threw on some cat ears. Now I'm SUPER scary. Because apparently the cat is still attached...

my green card arrived!... to the old address   even after updating our address in August. 
we are now also filing the AR-11 because obviously, that obscure form is what you need on top of changing your address online.
just hoping they won't charge us 450, They haven't destroyed the green card, but they can say it was our fault
for not filing multiple, redundant ways of changing our address even though nothing we read ever mentioned this. silly us. 
 
social security number: wasn't even assigned to me even after marking ''yes'' but I knew this was very likely to happen.
I had to do it myself at the office and the card should arrive in aprox. 10 days. because they can't tell me the number over the phone,
and I refuse to go to the office again, that is where dreams go to die.

I totally understand the nervousness, but don't let it get to you. Did you download the app to practice?  Read the questions and answers. Everything else should be simple. The English portion is rather simple and should not be something to be concerned (they dictate a question for you to write down and then you read).
 
The app helped me a lot to practice. Everything else is just a bureaucratic step. 
 
One tip. Keep your Green Card, and any other USCIS issued ID that you may have, handy (i.e EAD, previous green card) and take them with you to the oath ceremony. They will ask you to surrender them.
