The GC is for living, not visiting the US once a year. If you are not ready to continually living in the US, don't use the GC as a visitor visa.
At some point the CBP at the airport is going to denied your wife entry if you try to use it as a visting visa.

You should have mentioned in your other thread that your parents did not legally adopt her and that they just claimed her as their own. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/388458-how-to-get-my-daughter You should have your daughter's birth certificate fixed first and have you as the correct mother and state that she's an illegitimate child.

    Good morning,
To answer your question can/should you falsely add your name as the father to the child's birth paper. NO, do not falsely add your name to this child's papers. You do not need to falsifed records if the indicent was reported as a rape. The courts can terminate the fathers rights if the mother request it so based on the fact that this birth was of the result of a rape.
I am only stating rape because this was how you describe the incident.
    I a going to re-post a statemet you made just last week;
"The other consideration is to have the baby, but the baby would never come to the U.S. with us and would essentially grow up with my fiance's mother and we would financially support it. This is all sounds absurd, but this is the bind we are in. I made it clear to here she can do whatever she feels is best for her, but there's no way I am taking that baby into my direct care, ever. "
Base on this statement you are not truly ready to take on the responsible for this child, I hope that both you and the mother can get some counseling and with this counseling you can have a true heart felt change to care for this innoncent human being.
Yes, I do understand that this is a truly hard place you are finding yourself in right now, but please move carefully.
This pregnancy will be a big red-flag in your case, you'll will have to answer questions surrounding this at the interview.
Be bless in all of your decisions.

I have no idea why you keep making posts about doing illegal things or lying. In Off Topic, you mention you want to write your name on the baby's birth certificate even though you aren't the father.
Now you're wondering what would happen if the wrong name got written "by accident"?
    Please.
VJ is not the place to go for advice on how to lie to the government.

Hold up, the CP officer asked her friend where do you work, she states no where, don't you think it is a fair question of the CP officer to question her on, how did you finance this trip, how are you supporting your self in the US.
These questions are being asked to see if there is any illegal transactions being supported by the traveler.

LIFE'SJOURNEY got a reaction from velrich in Visitation letter for family in jamaica
Prior to 9/11 and years back an invitation letter was one of the requirements for a visitor visa in some countries. Since most people don't keep abreast with immigration/visa process and procedures, people use what others tells them.
Only a small percentage of each country population ever tries to obtain a visitor visa, therefore only a selected few know of the process and procedures.

    Indentured Servants In The U.S.
Indentured servants first arrived in America in the decade following the settlement of Jamestown by the Virginia Company in 1607.
The idea of indentured servitude was born of a need for cheap labor. The earliest settlers soon realized that they had lots of land to care for, but no one to care for it. With passage to the Colonies expensive for all but the wealthy, the Virginia Company developed the system of indentured servitude to attract workers. Indentured servants became vital to the colonial economy.
The timing of the Virginia colony was ideal. The Thirty Year's War had left Europe's economy depressed, and many skilled and unskilled laborers were without work. A new life in the New World offered a glimmer of hope; this explains how one-half to two-thirds of the immigrants who came to the American colonies arrived as indentured servants.
Servants typically worked four to seven years in exchange for passage, room, board, lodging and freedom dues. While the life of an indentured servant was harsh and restrictive, it wasn't slavery. There were laws that protected some of their rights. But their life was not an easy one, and the punishments meted out to people who wronged were harsher than those for non-servants. An indentured servant's contract could be extended as punishment for breaking a law, such as running away, or in the case of female servants, becoming pregnant.
For those that survived the work and received their freedom package, many historians argue that they were better off than those new immigrants who came freely to the country. Their contract may have included at least 25 acres of land, a year's worth of corn, arms, a cow and new clothes. Some servants did rise to become part of the colonial elite, but for the majority of indentured servants that survived the treacherous journey by sea and the harsh conditions of life in the New World, satisfaction was a modest life as a freeman in a burgeoning colonial economy.
In 1619 the first black Africans came to Virginia. With no slave laws in place, they were initially treated as indentured servants, and given the same opportunities for freedom dues as whites. However, slave laws were soon passed – in Massachusetts in 1641 and Virginia in 1661 –and any small freedoms that might have existed for blacks were taken away.

As demands for labor grew, so did the cost of indentured servants. Many landowners also felt threatened by newly freed servants demand for land. The colonial elite realized the problems of indentured servitude. Landowners turned to African slaves as a more profitable and ever-renewable source of labor and the shift from indentured servants to racial slavery had begun.

LIFE'SJOURNEY got a reaction from Knope2012 in How to fight an annulment
First, getting a divorce is not about getting revenge, so everyone needs to understand this. The lawyer only wants to deal with facts, and what will get the quickest and fair-ish outcome.
This is a very young marriage with little time invested, therefore why would anyone spend thousands of dollar to get out of it.
Again, if it makes you feel better, see if the language can be negoiated, both parties will have to go in front of the judge any how so the judge can and will have the final say.
Ask to have the papers sealed, that way no one but the courts can every see the divorce language. This infromation wouldn't be printed on the divorce creed either. Don't make something out of this that it isn't.
Everyone will write all the hype about what they would do, but the bottom line is what is it that you want.
Yes feelings are hurt and pride is shamed, but life does go on.

Hope, you can nogeatiate the language in the annullment, so just ask to have some of the language remove, you sign along with the ticket for 1st class flight and move on with your life. If that's what you want to do, but you keep asking about ROC. So that leads me to believe that you still wants more out of the deal.

Translation was not the problem, it would be nice if people would understand the country before you make inaccurate statements. Jamaicans speaks the Queens English, they were an English/British territory until 50 years ago.

Either Honrable Straw or Morrisson should have signed the divorce creed. The signature on this doc, is a computer typed signature. That is the problem, it should have a hand print signature with date. Call the lawyer and ask for a signed div creed.
