  1. If your son entered with you , they made an error on his category. You can do an I-90 with no fee for him for error. Just send in a copy of both his and your passport page stamped at entry , copy of your marriage certificate…and write a short explanation.
  2. If you entered in 2017 , they gave you a 10 year card from the start , so just do the I-90 for yourself to replace the lost/stolen card Since your son entered just a few days later , he too would have been given a 10 year card from the start . What made you say son had a 2 year card ? Am basing this on both you and son having gone to the consulate for interview and were granted immigrant visa in 2017. At that time you had already been married more than 2 years so there is no required I-751
  3. Please clarify: 1. Date of marriage 2. Date YOU entered in the US 3. Date your SON entered in the US 4. Date you and your spouse separated…and was there a divorce filing
  4. In all honesty , they can ( and often do ) deny and give broad non detailed /non compromising reasons. ..example ‘ reason to believe “ you are a bad guy , gangster , trafficker.. ( maybe an old tattoo from stupid teen years, hanging out with friends that have marked rap records) ‘lack of bonafides ( but they really suspect fraud and never tell you ) ‘national security ( past or present political/designated terrorist affiliation ) In this current Munoz decision, the consular non reviewability doctrine remains undisturbed but the fight was really about the due process right of the US Citizen Spouse . Sure you have a right to marry…but to bring your foreign spouse to live with you in the US is a “ favor” not a right. Full text here https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/23pdf/23-334_e18f.pdf
  5. 'We'll hunt you': Trump, MAGA supporters' violent rhetoric isn't a glitch. It's a feature. The Republican Party has been overtaken by a movement that tolerates, and sometimes celebrates, extremism, as long as that extremism helps or supports Donald Trump. Trumpian rhetoric: We'll 'slaughter you like the traitorous dogs you are' According to the criminal complaint, Muller said Trump will win the election “and then we’re gonna (expletive) go through the FBI and just start throwing you (expletive)s into jail. Or, you can steal another election, and then the guns will come out, and we’ll hunt you (expletive)s down and slaughter you like the traitorous dogs you are in your own (expletive) homes. In your own (expletive) beds. The last thing you’ll ever hear are the horrified shrieks of your widow and orphans. And then you know what we’re going to do? … We’re going to slaughter your whole (expletive) family.” https://www.usatoday.com/story/opinion/columnist/2024/06/16/trump-violence-threats-supporters-fbi-texas/74102591007/
  6. I am a big fan of out of the box creative thinking….but in this case mind reading USCIS will not solve issue. …as RFE s are issued for a multitude of reasons: a missing box check in the form deficient I-864 translation of civil docs issue boo boo on the sealed medical.. A 2nd RFE with the missing verbiage will be sent once they get to review and correct the unintended ( human ) error

  8. The court in a 6-3 decision, opens new tab said Sandra Munoz, a U.S. citizen and civil rights lawyer, cannot challenge the U.S. Department of State's denial of her El Salvadoran husband's visa application after the agency waited three years to explain that it suspected him of being a gang member. The SCOTUS decision linked by OP. clearly says the CO does NOT have to give a reason for denial nor do they have to abide by any time constraints in their decision making. … Visa denials are not reviewable in court unless the government violates an applicant's constitutional rights in the process. The Supreme Court on Friday rejected Munoz's claim that the delay in explaining the denial violated her due process rights by interfering with her fundamental right to marry.
  9. It’s clearly an error. You have alerted USCIS and they will deal with it in due course, no need to worry. You can also simply respond to this RFE with a short letter ex : Response to RFE dated xyz, case no, name , A#. Service Error. Above ref RFE was issued in error as it fails to list any additional documentation required. Attempts to contact USCIS have yet to be addressed , see enclosed service request.

Inadmissibility Finding by Consulate ( in hand from K-1 interview) 2. An approved OR pending I-130 And FYI, the CO only determines the Inadmissibility, not conditions /qualifications of waiver ..that’s USCIS criteria If you get the IV interview date before the I-601 decision , you can email request to delay/reschedule ( example delay 6 months) to await decision of I-601. ‘Or he can go to the interview and will be put in AP until I-601 decision. This will likely mean paying for 2 medical exams. Either way you will CONTINUE w current I-601 until they make a decision. 12. the Trump Save America Joint Fundraising Committee and Save America—have paid $3.1 million to Launchpad Strategies LLC, a company that was incorporated in Delaware in November, according to state business records, and lists a Raleigh, North Carolina, post office box as its address in campaign finance filings. There is no information on the company's website about its services or who runs it. Newsweek contacted the company by website form and a spokesperson for Trump by email to comment on this story. Liz Proctor, a spokeswoman for the North Carolina secretary of state, told NBC News that no company called Launchpad Strategies is registered in the state. It's concerning to see a company formed just six months ago suddenly receive over $3.1 million from Donald Trump's network of political committees, particularly since there is virtually no public information about this company," Saurav Ghosh, the Campaign Legal Center's director of federal campaign finance reform, told NBC News. "Who works there, what services they offer or have provided, and whether Trump's payments to 'Launchpad Strategies LLC' are for bona fide services or are, instead, actually payments to other vendors funneled through a mere corporate shell." "Transparency about how political campaigns are spending their donors' money is vital to the integrity of our elections," Ghosh added. "Voters have a right to know how candidates are spending their money when deciding whom to support in November." https://www.newsweek.com/trump-campaign-money-company-launchpad-strategies-1915182
  13. Trump’s Spiritual Adviser Resigns Amid Allegations He Molested 12-Year-Old megachurch pastor Robert Morris, who Donald Trump once named as a spiritual adviser to his administration, announced he was stepping down from Gateway Church amid allegations he molested a 12-year-old girl in the 1980s. The resignation comes days after Morris, 62, seemingly admitted to molesting the girl in a statement to The Christian Post. In that statement, he conceded that he engaged in “inappropriate sexual behavior” with a “young lady” when he was already married with a child in his early 20s. https://www.thedailybeast.com/trumps-spiritual-adviser-robert-morris-resigns-amid-allegations-he-molested-12-year-old
  14. Republican with history of vulgar, anti-gay online attacks files for Missouri Senate Only one word describes what voters in Missouri’s 19th Senate District can expect from this year’s campaign. Nasty. Former state Rep. Chuck Basye, a Rocheport Republican who habitually issues profane insults to opponents through email and social media, filed Tuesday to run in the central Missouri district. He filed at the urging of Senate Majority Leader Cindy O’Laughlin, who didn’t want to hand Democrats a seat held for 16 years by the GOP. He’s running against former state Rep. Stephen Webber, a Columbia Democrat and a frequent target of Basye’s often lewd attacks. One example: Last year, Basye told a woman on Facebook that she was “loving on Stephen Webber’s bulls**t,” before falsely claiming Webber was gay and only mad at Basye because he’d defeated Webber’s “boyfriend” in a state legislative race years earlier. https://missouriindependent.com/2024/03/29/republican-with-history-of-vulgar-anti-gay-online-attacks-files-for-missouri-senate/
  15. Arizona man planned a mass shooting targeting African Americans at an Atlanta concert to incite a race war, feds say A federal grand jury indicted Mark Adams Prieto on charges of firearms trafficking, transfer of a firearm for use in a hate crime and possession of an unregistered firearm. An Arizona man planned a mass shooting targeting African Americans and other minorities at a rap concert in Atlanta in May, looking to incite a race war ahead of the presidential election, federal authorities said The investigation into Prieto, 58, of Prescott, began in October, after a confidential source reported to FBI Phoenix that an individual, later identified as Prieto, had expressed a desire to incite a race war prior to the presidential election, the arrest affidavit states. The source told authorities that they had spoken to Prieto more than 15 times over three years at various gun shows. The chats grew from small talk to include political conversations, the affidavit says. Within the last year, the source told authorities that Prieto began making suspicious and alarming comments, including “advocating for a mass shooting,” and specifically targeting Blacks, Jews or Muslims, the affidavit says. The source said “Prieto believes that martial law will be implemented shortly after the 2024 election and that a mass shooting should occur prior” to its implementation, and asked the source in late 2023 if they were “ready to kill a bunch of people,” which indicated to authorities his desire to recruit people to assist him in carrying out an attack, according to the affidavit. According to the affidavit, Prieto said: “The reason I say Atlanta. Why, why is Georgia such a f------up state now? When I was a kid that was one of the most conservative states in the country. Why is it not now? Because as the crime got worse in L.A., St. Louis, and all these other cities, all the [N-words] moved out of those [places] and moved to Atlanta. That’s why it isn’t so great anymore. And they’ve been there for a couple, several years.” He also said that he wanted to target a rap concert because there would be a high concentration of African Americans there and he planned to leave confederate flags after the shooting to send a message that “we’re going to fight back now, and every whitey will be the enemy across the whole country,” and to shout “whities out here killing, what’s we gonna do” and “KKK all the way,” the affidavit says. Prieto said he wanted to show “no mercy, no quarter.” https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/arizona-man-planned-mass-shooting-targeting-african-americans-atlanta-rcna156735
  16. Donald Trump Movie ‘The Apprentice’ Shocks Cannes, Receives Nearly Eight-Minute Standing Ovation shocking moments late in the film — a scene depicting Trump’s alleged rape of his first wife Ivana and a surgery room sequence showing Trump getting liposuction — drew audible gasps from the Cannes premiere crowd. As the final credits rolled, the Cannes crowd starting clapping in time to the sound of Baccara’s “Yes Sir, I Can Boogie” playing on the soundtrack Abbassi then addressed being questioned why he wanted to make a movie centered on Trump and argued that films need to be “relevant” again. He explained, “There is no nice metaphorical way to deal with the rising wave of fascism. There’s only the messy way. There’s only the the banal way. There’s only the way of dealing with this wave on its own terms, at its own level and it’s not going to be pretty, but I think the problem with the world is that the good people have been quiet for too long. So, I think it’s time to make movies relevant. It’s time to make movies political again.” https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/movies/movie-news/donald-trump-movie-the-apprentice-cannes-standing-ovation-1235904113/

  18. Trump’s Messages to Followers Take a Disturbing Turn In his latest fundraising email to his supporters, Donald Trump references the guillotine. While team Trump’s fundraising emails have always been out there—even earning a dedicated Twitter account just to trackthe ridiculous rhetoric—their language has taken a notably dark turn recently. On Wednesday, that turn only intensified further when Trump’s campaign sent an email blast with the subject “Haul out the Guillotine!” At first blush, it sounds like an encouragement of retribution in line with Trump’s recent comments seeking revenge and promising to unleash violence on his political enemies. But the email instead blames the other side for political violence, claiming “the sad and horrific truth is that this is still the sick dream of every Trump-Deranged lunatic out there,” adding, “and it’s not just me they want gone, they’re really coming after you!” The flip-flop of baiting people to open the email with a call to violence before flipping to tell supporters they’re future victims of an extremist mob, just to shake a few shekels, is particularly noteworthy given that Trump has been trying to once again mobilize his insurrectionist base to violence on his command. https://newrepublic.com/post/182623/did-trump-admit-another-felony-probabation-interview
  19. Milwaukee Mayor Responds After Donald Trump Reportedly Calls City ‘Horrible’: ‘Right Back at You, Buddy’ Trump reportedly insulted the Brew City, which is set to host the Republican National Convention in a few weeks as the former president aims to court Wisconsin voters Per the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Democratic Mayor Cavalier Johnson, 37, replied to the report saying, "Donald Trump was talking about things that he thinks are horrible. All of us lived through his presidency. So, right back at you, buddy." He continued: "Donald Trump once again is wrong about something. That shouldn't be new news, especially for somebody who has a proven track record of lying about a number of things." "To insult the state that's hosting your convention, I think it's kind of bizarre,” he said. The mayor told voters to consider Trump's comments when casting their ballots in November. Wisconsin will be an important state for the upcoming presidential election. President Biden narrowly defeated Trump in the battleground state in 2020. https://people.com/donald-trump-reportedly-called-milwaukee-horrible-mayor-responds-8663410

  21. Don’t Worry—Trump Isn’t Racist, He Has Black Friends …who banned Black people from his casinos in the 80s, deployed the national guard on Black Lives Matter protestors and earned the endorsement of Ku Klux Klan grand wizard David Duke, claims he isn’t racist because he has Black friends. In a sit down interview with Semafor reporter Kadia Goba, Trump reiterated the age-old racist line when asked if he was racist, he assured Goba, “I have so many Black friends.” https://www.thedailybeast.com/rudy-giuliani-i-left-message-for-trump-that-might-set-him-off
