Hopefully google and the lawyers told you not to risk your ESTA . It’s great you want to move to the US…it will take some time/effort to see if you can land an employer sponsor or have the resource to pursue investor visa

First step : She files I-130 …online easiest method for her. With an online account she will ‘see’ notices and get alerts. She can designate Riyadh , SA for processing if they are living there in legal status. ‘Yes she can use your US address as mailing address . She can also write up a letter Intent to Re Establish Domicile in the US. 2 nd step: After approval by USCIS case will be assigned to NVC. Here she will upload civil docs and I-864. She will do one I-864 as sponsor/petitioner ( it’s ok she is not earning or filed tax returns, just makes short statement that she had no income and thus no filing requirement) and you do an I-864 as joint sponsor . ‘Here you also write up a letter that you are providing housing/lodging for their move to the US. If she make a short visit to the US to establish some paper trail ( get a state id or dl, open a bank account , register to vote..etc) that would help…but it’s not required. -

Congratulations….my favorite ‘told you so😂 -
You have taken all preemptive steps to establish her permanent ties to the US and the temporary nature of her stay overseas. .. As you have read, there are plenty of threads of LPR successfully returning after years long absence. …some navigated in real time by @Mike E , myself and others. My own experience is work related with plenty hands on predating my presence on forum.

911 S5 Botnet Dismantled and Its Administrator Arrested in Coordinated International Operation According to an indictment unsealed on May 24, from 2014 through July 2022, Wang and others are alleged to have created and disseminated malware to compromise and amass a network of millions of residential Windows computers worldwide. These devices were associated with more than 19 million unique IP addresses, including 613,841 IP addresses located in the United States. Wang then generated millions of dollars by offering cybercriminals access to these infected IP addresses for a fee. “This Justice Department-led operation brought together law enforcement partners from around the globe to disrupt 911 S5, a botnet that facilitated cyber-attacks, large-scale fraud, child exploitation, harassment, bomb threats, and export violations,” said Attorney General Merrick B. Garland. “As a result of this operation, YunHe Wang was arrested on charges that he created and operated the botnet and deployed malware. This case makes clear that the long arm of the law stretches across borders and into the deepest shadows of the dark web, and the Justice Department will never stop fighting to hold cybercriminals to account.” …. The indictment further alleges that from 2018 until July 2022, Wang received approximately $99 million from his sales of the hijacked proxied IP addresses through his 911 S5 operation, either in cryptocurrency or fiat currency. Wang used the illicitly gained proceeds to purchase real property in the United States, St. Kitts and Nevis, China, Singapore, Thailand, and the United Arab Emirates. The indictment identifies dozens of assets and properties subject to forfeiture, including a 2022 Ferrari F8 Spider S-A, a BMW i8, a BMW X7 M50d, a Rolls Royce, more than a dozen domestic and international bank accounts, over two dozen cryptocurrency wallets, several luxury wristwatches, 21 residential or investment properties (across Thailand, Singapore, the U.A.E., St. Kitts and Nevis, and the United States), and 20 domains. On May 28, the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) issued financial sanctions against Wang, Jingping Liu, and Yanni Zheng, for their activities associated with 911 S5, and three entities for being owned or controlled by Wang. The FBI Dallas and Denver Field Offices, DCIS Cyber Field Office, and BIS Office of Export Enforcement’s Dallas field office are investigating the case. https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/911-s5-botnet-dismantled-and-its-administrator-arrested-coordinated-international-operation

Judge in Trump Trial Flags Trollish Facebook Post About a ‘Juror’ In a brief letter addressed to both defense attorney Todd Blanche and Manhattan ADA Joshua Steinglass, Merchan informed both parties that the court had “been made aware” of a comment posted to the courts system’s public Facebook page on May 29, one day before the verdict was issued. The comment, quoted in the letter, reads: My cousin is a juror and says Trump is getting convicted 🎉 Thank you folks for all your hard work!!!! ❤️." In his letter, Merchan described the post the comment responded to and described the poster as a user named “Michael Anderson.” There was no indication that the poster actually had a cousin on the jury, however, and the Facebook user reportedly described him or herself as a “professional poster” on their profile. https://www.thedailybeast.com/judge-in-trump-trial-flags-trollish-facebook-post-about-a-juror

There is NO additional risk . On the contrary, filing is indisputable evidence of immigrants intent to maintain US residence. … Travel before a decision is safeguarded in 8 C.F.R. § 223.2(b)(1 … @OldUser, your fears are unwarranted , in this instance…but I enjoy your occasional USCIS humorous take downs😂. OP did some good research and I presume just wants reassurance. Just have your wife and child stay in Japan without worries til she finishes school. Even without the I-131 she would have made it past CBP unscathed . 8 C.F.R. § 223.2(b)(1 https://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/8/223.2 247. (d) Effect of travel before a decision is made. Departure from the United States before a decision is made on an application for a reentry permit or refugee travel document will not affect the application.

Have her write out a short letter to withdraw visa application and cancel interview due to break in previous relationship…include case no and previous petitioner name. She can sign the statement and email it, followed by mailing of paper copy , as noted in instructions by another embassy. https://www.usembassy.kz/consular/fiancee_FAQs.shtml Q. If I decide not to marry my fiancée, can I cancel the petition? A. Yes, you must make a signed notarized request to the Embassy asking to withdraw the petition. We will suspend processing if we receive a faxed copy of the statement, but we will not close the case until we receive the original in the mail.

Deny citizenship because of job?
Family replied to Bladeness's topic in US Citizenship Case Filing and Progress Reports
He will need to quit the pot industry if he wants to become a USC to clear good moral character , only then can he reapply -
Double check that RFE is only for the income …so read it carefully or if you wish , cross out personal info and upload it here. If you earn enough and provide the items listed above , you will be fine. Unless your spouse has upcoming travel plans, skip filing/paying the I-131 as they are knocking out adjustments in approx 6 months

Arizona lawmakers debate ballot measure allowing local police to make border-crossing arrests Arizona would step directly into immigration enforcement by making it a state crime to cross the Arizona-Mexico border anywhere except a port of entry, under a proposal that was being debated Tuesday before a final vote by lawmakers. If approved, voters would decide in November if the measure becomes law. The measure, scheduled for a vote in the Arizona House, would let state and local police arrest people crossing the border without authorization. It also would empower state judges to order people convicted of the offense to go back to their home country. House Republicans closed access to the upper gallery of the chamber before the session started Tuesday, citing concerns about security and possible disruptions. The move immediately drew the criticism of Democrats, who demanded that the gallery be reopened. “The public gallery should be open to the public. This is the people’s House,” said state Rep. Analise Ortiz. We need this bill and we must act on it,” said state Rep. John Gillette, a Republican. Opponents called the legislation unconstitutional and said it would lead to racial profiling, separating children from parents and create several millions of dollars in additional policing costs that the state can ill afford. “It is not a solution. It is election year politics,” said Rep. Mariana Sandoval, a Democrat. The proposal is similar to a Texas law that has been put on hold by a federal appeals court while it’s being challenged. The Arizona Senate approved the proposal on a 16-13 party-line vote. If it clears the House, the proposal would bypass Democratic Gov. Katie Hobbs, who vetoed a similar proposal in early March, and instead get sent to the Nov. 5 ballot. https://apnews.com/article/arizona-immigration-border-local-police-arrest-ballot-0b68135c94ad2ebb90b5c731ddf67d68

Nine witnesses in the criminal cases against former President Donald Trump have received significant financial benefits, including large raises from his campaign, severance packages, new jobs, and a grant of shares and cash from Trump’s media company. The benefits have flowed from Trump’s businesses and campaign committees, according to a ProPublica analysis of public disclosures, court records and securities filings. One campaign aide had his average monthly pay double, from $26,000 to $53,500. Another employee got a $2 million severance package barring him from voluntarily cooperating with law enforcement. And one of the campaign’s top officials had her daughter hired onto the campaign staff, where she is now the fourth-highest-paid employee. These pay increases and other benefits often came at delicate moments in the legal proceedings against Trump. One aide who was given a plum position on the board of Trump’s social media company, for example, got the seat after he was subpoenaed but before he testified. Trump’s attorney, David Warrington, sent ProPublica a cease-and-desist letter demanding this article not be published. The letter warned that if the outlet and its reporters “continue their reckless campaign of defamation, President Trump will evaluate all legal remedies.” https://www.propublica.org/article/donald-trump-criminal-cases-witnesses-financial-benefits

The Proud Boys say recruitment is growing and they’re ready to serve again as Donald Trump's unofficial protection force. dark SUV cruised past former President Donald Trump’ssupporters near his Bedminster golf club in New Jersey on a windy April afternoon. Billowing from the vehicle were three flags: one for the Trump campaign, two others with the initials “PB” – the insignia of the far-right Proud Boys movement. Through the open windows, three Proud Boys flashed the “OK” sign with their hands, a gesture often associated with white supremacy and the far right. Trump’s fans cheered. Four men dressed in the signature black-and-yellow shirts of the Proud Boys spilled out of the SUV and began glad-handing the crowd like homecoming heroes. The Proud Boys are back. Four years after the failed effort to overturn Trump’s 2020 electoral defeat, the violent all-male extremist group that led the storming of Congress on Jan. 6, 2021, is rebuilding and regaining strength as Trump campaigns to return to the White House, according to interviews with eight Proud Boys, two U.S. law enforcement officials and four experts who track the group’s online activity. Since the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, four former Proud Boys leaders have been convicted in federal court of seditious conspiracy, each sentenced to 15 or more years in prison. At least another 70 members were charged with participating in the violence. But that crackdown hasn’t stopped the Proud Boys. Some Proud Boys say they are preparing to emerge once again as a physical force for Trump, drawn to his hardline nationalism and convinced their leaders will be pardoned if he wins. Trump himself promises to pardon convicted Jan. 6 rioters if he’s elected. https://www.reuters.com/investigates/special-report/usa-election-proudboys/
