To give everyone an update on my husband time frames and answer the above::
 
applied for I-130 on 11/18/2019 
approved by USCIS on 7/13/2020
DQ by NVC on 8/18/2020
Interview on 5/3/2021/ went into AP
approved/issued on 5/5/2021
Passport received on 5/10/2021
POE on 5/11/2021
Paid $220 fee on 5/12/2021
SSN received on 5/18/2021
GC received today 6/5/2021
 
Took 3 weeks to change from fee paid to processing then one day to change to mailed then following day to provide tracking info. Initially said for Monday delivery but now changed to today. Safe to say after the interview things to start to pick up and move faster. 
 
My husband applied for his MI drivers license after receiving his SSN & was able to swap out his Canada license at the DMV with no issues. He tried to also retitle his car but did not have the import paperwork. Unfortunately we did not know we had to do this before hand. He called the border agents they did say he has two recalls and would have to fix those issues in Canada before importing. Safe to say he’s waiting until quarantine measures lighten up before crossing in again. He will be fully vaccinated today so if things change in Canada this will the last thing we have to worry about.

My husband had his interview on May3rd and was put into AP same day. On may 5th the CEAC site changed to ISSUED with final processing. On Friday may 7th he received the tracking information in email stating the delivery date would be Wednesday but instead received his passport and visa on Monday may 10th. He crossed the Windsor / Detroit tunnel on  May 11th. He said at POE the officers were very friendly answered all his questions and only took 15 minutes to cross. I believe you will receive the tracking information very soon. This part of the process seems to be moving faster than the rest. Everyone hang in there!!!

Since joining VJ, I have noticed that there is a really bad attitude in that the way that US Immigration operates is acceptable? Maybe it's because people who have already gone through the awful process think that other's should have to go through it too, and that it shouldn't be made easier for them? Kinda that whole deal about cancelling student debt, "but I paid my student debt, so should they".
 
Let's get real here, yes, we do have to work within the constraints of the process and law as it is today. But that doesn't stop us recognizing that US immigration law is an immoral abomination. Has anyone considered that the rate of irregular immigration to the US is so high is because the lawful process is so byzantine, so harsh with insurmountable requirements for most that they feel they have no other option? The more new citizens of the US recognize this and demand better for the people who will join them down the line, the better.
 
Last time I checked, the US was a democracy and the law should change if there is a demand for it. We're trying to immigrate to the US, not flippin' China.
 
By all means, advise people of the lawful and correct ways to navigate the process, doesn't mean we can't all vent and recognize that it reeeeeally shouldn't be like this.
