I was wrong -- the 1886 Indianola 'cane was a Category 4 at 925 mbar, 130-mph winds. Only a few later 'canes had lower pressure, two of them Camille (1969, and not by much) and Michael (2018). Can't immediately find the NOAA site about the Indianola 'cane.
