@madj22 there should be no problem travelling between N-400 interview and your oath ceremony. Just don't travel after the ceremony until you secure the US passport. You don't need to give up your Canadian citizenship or passport. Just keep renewing it every 10 years and feel free using it for travel. Just don't use Canadian passport to enter the US when you become naturalized or vice versa.

The one footnote here is that Canadian/US dual citizens are allowed to enter Canada on their US passport. It’s the only exception to the rule here.

@madj22 when you naturalized in the US remember these rules for travel:
    1. Enter and leave the US with your US passport.
    2. Enter and leave Canada with your Canadian passport
    3. Enter and leave other countries with a passport of your choice. Usually the one which gives you preference (number of visa free days/visa waiver etc).
    4. Always enter and exit countries with the same passport (citizenship). For example, entered Ireland as a Canadian, leave as a Canadian. Same goes for blocks of countries, such as Schengen area. Entered France as a US citizen and traveled to Germany without leaving Schengen area? Then leave Germany as a US citizen.

You don't need to let uscis know of that. You will submit a copy of it during any new form submission or any interview.

Why are you so ###### rude? I didn’t know if there was a specific one that would be better to call than the general number listed...

Did you file online or paper filling. If you filed online then just double check your address and update if any thing is missing.

According to the OPs previous posts, they are at the I751 stage which has no online option yet.

You will not receive a new green card until your I751 is approved and you get a new 10 year card, but if you choose to file for naturalization before the removal of conditions is complete you will use your expired green card with the extension letter to file your n400..

    Landlord’s Name _________________

Yes, we have lots of bills and such. Did you do a table of contents or just put everything in a folder and send it off?

Thank you, I will read through this asap.

When you applied, did you get the extension letter and then also a sperate letter informing you that your biometrics had be reapplied to this current application?

How long did it take you inbetween filing and getting your 10 year?

    Thank you SO MUCH!

    Hi,

I am just getting ready to send in my i-751 ROC application. I have a few questions from the form as I am filling it out and hoping some of you may provide some clarity. I am a chronic over-thinker so I am sorry if some of these questions are dumb!

    1) Part 1.  q 12. I am not sure what to put as my place of marriage. We did an a small official ceremony at a local park. Do I put the name of the park? The address? I looked through our marriage certificate and there was no address for where we got married on it.

    2) What does "In Care Of" name mean for the address? That is just my name (the conditional resident) right?

    3) Part 11- Additional Info- Do I need to fill out my name and A-number again if I have no additional info to fill out?

    4) Should I put N/A or none for everything that doesn't apply? For example you can give other family names you've had. For one of the extras I put my maiden name, but for the 3rd extra one would i put N/A on every blank space? Or where it gives you spaces to write the physical address if it's different from themail box, or when it asks if you have children and gives like 3 pages of spaces to fill out their info? Would I just put n/a or non for all of those? Do I put them in every blank?

    5) I don't understand the biometrics. I pay for it as part of my check, but then I might not need another biometrics appointment? I just want to be clear that it isn't something I am supposed to do ahead of time.

Thank you for ANY and all help. I appreciate you all so much!
