Hi,

I am just about to send in my I-751 ROC + Supporting Docs. I have marriage licenses, lease agreements, tax returns, wills, car insurance, health insurance, etc.

I am wondering what is the best way to present this? JUst in an envlope by itself? Table on contents? In a binder in sleeves? Pictures? No Pictures? I am guessing highest paid shipping with tracking Number is recommended.

Any advice on how to ship and how to present/organize the documents is appreciated.

there is no best way as presentation does not get any expedited review or bonus points.  you make copies of a documents and submit them along with your application. you submit all the documents requested in the instructions for ROC

you can ship them via USPS/Fedex/UPS/DHL and can start by reading the instructions that are clearly present @ https://www.uscis.gov/i-751

I kept it simple. There's no required way but uscis does give guidance about what they prefer.
