APPROVED!!! I just got the letter in the mail today that my application to remove conditions was approved. I expected to have an interview, but it was waived. They apparently approved it back on  May 2nd, but I didn’t know. They emailed my card on may 5th, so hopefully it arrives soon. I am over the moon and just so grateful that my application moved so fast.

Just got my 48 mo extension letter a couple days ago. I am excited to see some of us are already getting approvals. 

48 month extension is not just an embarrassment, but a colossal failure.
 
It's time to get rid of the 2 year ROC process and stop wasting resources. 

Ask for a supervisor.  Permanent residents have the same rights, whether they have 2-year or 10-year GC.  If the DMV supervisor is also clueless, go to a different DMV office.  If that doesn't work, contact your congressperson or senator to ask for assistance.
 

Nothing wrong with visiting partner on an Esta but OP’s visits have been long and relatively short after each other, that looks more like living in the US than visiting. So @Jorgedig has a point there, this is leaning towards abusing an Esta.

I just received a letter with the biometrics appointment for next Tuesday. My case was created just 2 weeks ago so hopefully this is a sign that the process will move fast. My field office is Denver.

I just received my extension letter in the mail yesterday, 08/15/2022. I mailed my package on 08/06, it got delivered on 08/08, the text that the case was created was on 08/11/2022. So it took less than 2 weeks from the day I mailed my package to my extension letter. Super happy with USCIS, they really moved fast. 

I don't know why the other posters are giving you such a hard time. 
 
Of course if there is no option for a tourist visa you could do the I-130 immigrant visa option and have your Dad come over spend some time with you and then formally give back the Green Card and use that to apply for a B2 visa  in the future showing that he now no longer has immigrant intent because he already gave the green card back. It's worked for some people. 
 
It would be a long and expensive way to spend some time together in the USA but as you said might be the fastest and least problematic overall.

I'm sorry this happened to you. My mom and my sister were also denied last month after a very short interview. I know they keep pushing this idea that the consul doesn't make their decision before the interview, but I really think in a lot of cases they do. Best of luck to your family, it's very difficult being apart from family for so long. 
 

Yes, you can. Contact your representative and ask them to write letter of support stating all circumstances. It helps. My MIL was in the same situation. She had 3 denials. After rep wrote the letter she got B2, 10 year multi-entry. During the interview IO was constantly looking into this letter of support. She came with this visa for 2 months and at the first entry the CBP looked at the same letter and gave her 6 months stay on I94. She left after 2 anyway.

Awesome! Got a text with case number on Friday (8/12), so I’m hoping to receive the letter soon.
