    You know I-751 and N400 are two different things right? You need I-751, because you have a conditional green card. You can not skip this. This is a MUST have Whether or not to apply for N400 it is your DECISION. If you want to be a citizen and eligible you can apply for it.

    Under what rule? I do not think you'll be eligible if your timeline is accurate

    Correct me if I'm wrong but when you submit AR-11 online it will ask for active case number. If you don't have active case before you move then updating the address is mo point

    I would include tax transcript from IRS which is only couple of pages long. Also those are superior evidence that you actually filed your taxes.

    Wow, two years passed quickly. I was done with this beautiful website but now I'm back 😀. Just started assembling my package, hopefully send it out later today. Good luck all!
