@Sarge2155 - thanks for the thread / checklist!  I think you should move this part to the i-765 section of your OP, or mention it's a code for the i-765 (Page 3, Part 2, Item 27):
Be sure to use the correct filing code of (c)(9) if this code applies to you. The I-485 instructions explains all the codes in detail. If you are filing under a different code (other than (c)(9) the fee for your AOS will not be correct and USCIS will reject your entire packet.

That code is filled out in the i-765, not the i-485, unless I missed something completely obvious.

Assuming they sent it to one of these:

    U.S. Postal Service (USPS):
    USCIS
    P.O. Box 660151
    Dallas, TX 75266

    FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries:
    USCIS

2501 South State Highway 121 Business
    Suite 400
    Lewisville, TX 75067

In which case, that's the "Texas Lockbox" - which is a document intake location.  That facility scans forms, cashes payment, etc., then routes the file to the California Service Center.  The "Texas Service Center" has nothing to do with I-129Fs.  You should update your profile to show your service center is California Service Center (and not Texas Service Center, as it currently appears).  In the unlikely event your case ever gets transferred (e.g. if there's unusual background check information), it would go to the Vermont Service Center.

Another month another round of AOS submissions. Please be aware that this checklist is NOT all inclusive and you must consult the USCIS website to crosscheck this checklist against/with. The AOS process has been confusing since the pandemic hit, not to mention the added politics. So please I want to stress that you only use this check sheet as a starting point and guide if you will. The USCIS site will be the final guide. Please ensure that you check your forms for the correct versions and editions because if you use the wrong forms USCIS will send back your application to you. This is easily checked on the USCIS website prior to downloading your forms. You should also ONLY download your forms from the USCIS website.  The current and correct fees can also be ascertained from the USCIS website.

Be sure to double check for the current fees as fees do sometimes increase and they can change on a dime so please check. Additionally, check the forms as listed above i.e., current version and or edition date, there have been and will be many changes made to various forms. Consider sending tax transcripts instead of the 1040, and W2's. Also consider preparing a cover letter for each form in addition to the main cover letter. Make sure you send long form birth certificates and not the short form.  Hope this helps in your preparation of your AOS. When in doubt ask questions.

Please consider filing the I-131 and the I-765 even if you don't think you'll need them right now. You never know what changes your life will have on down the road, so I recommend you file these two forms from the start. There has been much confusion coming out of USCIS, partly due to Covid-19 and partly self-inflicted. This confusion filters on down to the people filing for AOS. The above listing is subject to change at a moment’s notice so please check, recheck and check again BEFORE you send off your packet for any last-minute changes.

Congratulations on a successful submission of your AOS packet!

Using flightaware.com will give you a general idea on what is cancelled and what is flying.  Its not a perfect tool, but it does work to see recent (usually within a month or less) flights for a particular flight number.  If you want to see more history, then you would need to pay.

Hi guys, just wanted to show my K-1 visa journey to keep hope alive for whoever is still waiting out there!

We applied March 5 NAO1 March 9 NOA2 October 26, such a relief NVC called November 10 and case was sent to Beirut embassy Case Status Ready December 17
Interview March 8. It lasted 3 minutes and they only asked:

    "How did you meet?"
    "Where does she live?"
"Do you belong to the same church?"
    "What are the wedding plans?"

They never checked our photos, call logs, messages, or anything besides the required I-134, DS160 confirmation etc. He took a giant file with in but they never looked at anything in there.

He got an approval letter and was told to come pick up the visa by next week.

Online it says the Lebanese embassy is not doing any interviews only emergency cases, but we still went ahead and got the documents once the case status was ready, and found an interview spot!! Good luck to everyone, hope all to be reunited soon

My fiancee arrived on ESTA about 2 weeks ago for a 2-month visit.  We got our NOA2 like a week before she flew.  When asked about her plans in the US, she said she was visiting some friends from college and spending the holidays with her fiance and his family.  We expected more questions but that was all.  POE was at Dulles.

You can look here for starters also VJ has AOS guides available for you to look at. The best thing is go over to the USCIS website and read there what each benefit requires. There has been so many changes it is hard to keep up with them all so the USCIS website is your best bet. This link is a starter and will give you an idea what you may need.

Here's a copy of the English pages in the packet 3 (I removed the cover page with my fiancee's info).  The document had Japanese translations as well, but we did not scan them.
