Plenty of us have been or are currently in your shoes. My NOA1 was March 10 and I was only approved last week, after seeing plenty of others after me get approved. I don't think you have to worry. Things are just slow, and there is no concrete order. Calling really won't help much, neither will filing inquiry after inquiry. This is of course, my own opinion and experience. Taking longer doesn't necessarily mean it's bad. 

Hello filers... This week saw 286 new approvals for March. There are currently 980 Pending RFEs and the total approved for our month is 1768. Almost halfway through all cases (though well over 50% of cases have been looked at now, with that many RFEs).
 
There won't be an update next week, as my Fiancée is coming to stay (and we haven't seen each other for 10 months!)

Good day, Filers - Here is the latest update on March cases. Despite there being a holiday this week, we still saw 234 approvals. 
 
There are 185 outstanding RFEs (which is 35 more than last week) and I'm not sure if it's a mistake in the data... but 2 new rejections. I'll check that again next week to be sure.
 
That's now a total of 1482 March approvals now, with 2475 applications still waiting for a final yes/no. It's getting close to 1,000 March approvals a month now, so we should see March come to a near close around February/March time.

After a long 17 months of AP my husband was issued a visa yesterday 🥳🥳 alhamdulilah! This has been the most stressful thing in my life especially after receiving ds5535 I thought we’d be stuck or possibly never even get a visa! I am so grateful for everybody who was so supportive and everyone who helped so much!🤲🏻🤲🏻 I wish everyone a happy life ahead and may you be reunited with ur loved ones soon AMEEN! 
 
-does anyone know how long it takes to get courier from Islamabad to Karachi? My husband is supposed to get his passport/visa sent to AEG but tracking doesn’t show anything currently.

I just checked the case status on the USCIS website and we were APPROVED! 
What is weird is I did not get an email or a notification from the case tracker app or Lawfully app. Either way, We're approved and waiting again lol

While these things sound good...they amount to window dressing when the core issue remains that USCIS fails in conducting the most basic functions of thier mission each and every day.
 
 

Good day! It's been another great week for March filers... (even though my fiancée and I are still waiting for our RFE to be processed 😅)
 
There are 130 outstanding RFEs as of now and this week saw 321 new approvals! That's almost 1/4 of March cases approved now!

Hello, I received an email from the USCIS lockbox today, which stated all fees will stay the same!! Such great news! So the Adjustment of Status fees will also not increase! 

Stop spreading falsehoods if you're unaware of any of the details of the case. It's going to take, at most, 60 days and will most likely take far less.

The tl;dr is this suit challenges a) the lack of K-1 visa issuance and b) the 14 day ban for K-1 holders from "banned" countries.

Is this... good news? or is this the same thing we've been hearing for the past 6 months but just about K1 visas?
 
I'm a little glad to have some news very specifically calling out K1 visas but I can't tell if it's good news or just the same as always. Any thoughts?
