Guys, I just got an update on my 360...am posting this bcos I just want to encourage someone out there who feels all hope is lost. I was once like that and shout out to @sandranj, @Stillwinning!!!😊, @luminarc, @Godschild @a1d1  @Blunt& many others who had encouraged me in this forum...God is great, He is a strong tower  and  a shield to those who trust him ! My case literally had 2 RFE'S and I was crying out in this forum in search of anyone who has such but no one showed up, so I was loosing hope. But all of  a sudden, miraculously I saw an update. It only took 16 months for my case

RFE...September 2020

Response....February 2020

Prima fascie...May 2020

2nd Rfe...September 2020

Response...1st October 2020

Approval 23rd Nov 2020

I do believe there are quite a lot of us with priority date as back as 2018 or even 2017 who are still not approved, I have a word for you" HOLD ON & DONT GIVE UP". GOD will come through for you. Cos I had 2 RFE's and I lost all hope and was even crying out to Attorney Sandra and my friend Luminarc who introduced me to this forum. Anyways, when does your EAD expire? C31s come with an automatic 180 day extension as long as you file for renewal while the last one's still valid.

@Demise Shenanigans? ., I don't know why she would, I already gotten the extension for 180 which will expire Dec 2020..so honestly I don't know what is going on in Vermont office..my i485 is at my local office with a adjudicating officer...I am at my wits end...honestly really really tired of this...I filed Vawa Oct 2017 ..

Can someone help me here., I have filed my C31 renewal May 19.2020 August I checked my case  and expedited request was denied. , I did not request expedition...anyway I left it at that.,

Now today I checked again just to see that today they denied an expedite request. ..again...Please can someone tell me if they ever being denied twice (2) for a request they never made...

I got good news this time, I am finally scheduled for the interview. It will take place in 20 days.

As far as my attorney told me, my lawyer had a chance to talk to an IO about my case and received the interview notice right away.

 

Here is my timeline;

I am a Queens, Ny filer; PD: April 2017,

Received RFE in August 2018,

Case was approved on January 2019

Since then I've been waiting until today and finally got scheduled.

 

IO requested 4 things from my lawyer that they need for the interview as;

1-) completed medical exam,

2-) 2019 tax return,

3-) most recent pay stub, w-2 form etc,

4-) disposition for my past arrest (it was a false arrest indeed and released in 2 hours & could've sued NYPD but didn't bother)

 

So that's all for now, I did the flu shot today and possibly do the remaining medicals tomorrow to get started.

 

Thank you all for your help, answers, and motivation as well. God bless you all. Good luck to all especially NY filers for the long wait times, don't lose your hope and give up...

The wait is so long I am in Connecticut and my Vawa was approved from June 2019 and i485 transfered on the same day it is now  Oct 2020 and no interview. , I contacted my congress person only to hear I am in queue for interview. ..and that was from Jan 2020..Today I checked USCIS for Hartford and their are processing AOS for May 2019 so I am not sure if when they reach June 2019 I  will get an interview ..😒😒😥😥

@Deserteagle I am in the same situation from 2017 , but i360 approved 2019 and i485 transferred 16 months now, still no interview,  this is frustrating, depressing, you name all the adjectives it is happening to us...Lord , we can only pray for some release ...Vawa is a very long process. .But we do hope that we all reach the end of the tunnel one day ...with Christ  in the vessel we can smile at  the storm.🙆🙌👏🙏❤
