I don’t know where to submit this so move if in wrong forum or delete if not allowed but am frustrated! 
 
This whole visa waiting game is hard but it has to happen ... 
 
But what makes us (husband and I) frustrated is people who want to enter the US on a tourist visa and just stay because it’s quick and easy. 
it’s the people who don’t do it the “proper” way - the way we are doing it.... via consular processing etc if that’s even the proper way - who knows 🤷‍♀️ 
 
Ive told the same person on FB 1 million times that “wife cannot enter USA on tourist visa with intent to immigrate” ... but they just want a quick, easy way for a “green card” - like don’t we all? Don’t we all want to be with our spouse? 
 
if all due respect to others I really find it hard to also believe that someone went on JUST a holiday and then “circumstances changed” and they just stayed 🧐 no furniture to sell? No rental to cease? No car to sell? I don’t know, resign? Do the right thing and give your 2 weeks notice? Get all your belongings? End your life in your home country before you make a new life? 
 
this is really frustrating to see. It’s a really lonely process that is just full of the “unknown”. 
 
it is the path we picked - consular processing because (a) don’t wanna commit visa fraud 😆 especially if I want to be an attorney and (b) because it’s the right way? Correct me if I’m wrong. 
 
single parenthood while we wait is hard. Lonely and hard and yes a consequence of our actions still lonely nonetheless.

You guys and your "Texas Service Center".  My expected NOA2 is September 2020.   If I was at Texas we'd be moving home this summer, now it looks like next.  Ill never be able to forgive USCIS for this unfairness 😉

Thank you! Yeah that does makes sense but it was a doubt in my mind.
i have no hopes in having everything done before 2021 and its very frustrating this long waiting times

What determines whether something is IOE or LIN? I am not familiar with that aspect of this process

Hi guys! This is my first post here but i have been following the topics for a while now, just never had the guts to post anything 😅
Me and my husband we were struggling after we got married thinking what was the best option of visa process for us. We got married in July in West Palm Beach, FL and were thinking about AOS but I got scared that i wasn't going to be able to help financially while waiting the process to move forward and reading a lot of mixed information about marriage fraud alert on AOS processes, so we end choosing to do the entire process being away thinking it would be less risky and also trying our best to save as much money we can during this time apart. 
Our I130 noa1 is September and in Nebraska, the slowest of them all, this makes me question if we made the right decision by not doing the AOS. 
My question for you guys is there any option of after Nebraska receive our case, can I go to the USA and filled the AOS form? I dont even know if that makes sense to all experts we have in here, but we are just trying to figure out what options we have aside from sitting waiting and crying hahaha

So I think the loophole was closed, and I look at the 129 processing times of 7.5-9.5 months vs the 130 of 11.5-16.5 I’m trying to remain hopeful that those that sent the 129s will have them denied and 130 adjudicated with the k3 timeframe. Of course, the other SC are processing faster than the K3 at Nebraska. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Probably not. I've stopped letting it get me down now. It's likely that most of them will start coming through July of this year if they keep going at the same rate.
 
It's cute seeing some of the Texas filers complaining. If only! 😉

Hello everyone. I got my visa today just 5 days after my interview. Thank you Lord🙏. And i just wanna share some of my experience here. 
First I am thankful that i found this forum it really help to update my case.
Our priority date was Aug. 02,2018 1 year and 5 months for the whole process. I am one of the unfortunate to be in Nebraska center.Haha. No 129f. We waited 1 year one week just for approval. 2 months for our case number. 6 weeks to review our First submission of our documents in NVC. I am thankful that i didnt had to go through sputum test in my medical because in my country sputum test is very common and it will delay another two months. After that the process become faster. Just check my timeline. Haha. 
Its been a long wait, frustrating and  it makes me feel worried most of the time but i keep on praying and God is so Good. Keep the faith. Be patient. And God Bless everyone.

I did not see a new thread yet for November 2019, so I guess I will start it! 😁
 
I actually have NOT filed my I-130 yet 😩 but I am committed to doing so by November 15, 2019! That is my personal deadline! We have been married almost a year and due to some laziness on both our parts we haven't moved on this but we have made so much progress with it now it makes sense NOT to put it off any longer. 
 
So WELCOME all other Nov 2019 brethren! I need your support to get this DONE! 🖐️
