  1. Make sure she studies for the Civic Test. She dont pass that, then whatever you bring wont help .
  2. You shold post in the MENA ( Midde East North Africa ) formum , you should get feedback on your Customs concerns over there.
  3. Same for my husband, so we left it blank on the immigration forms. We also obtianed copies of thier Moroccan National ID cards, and it shows no date of birth, and included it in all through our immigration journey, never had an issue with it.

About a week after you become a citizen, make appointment iwth SS office, once that is done, take your naturalization certificate, you go to DPS to show them your status change, so they remove the LPR on your license record. We are doing that today for my husband, SS, and then ask how long till DPS see's the status change. He already received his passport, took 3 weeks for passport processing. Best wishes.

  7. You Tube has great videos on the N-400 internview, my husbnad watched them for about 2 months and passed his N-400 interview. Study the Civic questions, you can get copies of the questions on line, print them out.
  8. So true, last card I sent was a New Years card to my inlaws, mailed it mid December, they got it on the day Ramadan ended. Another I sent took nearly 6 months.
  9. You Need to include all you support, You, spouse and if you have kids. The RFE should of said what they needed. Include the past 3 years of Tax transcripts. 2024/2023/2022
  10. To be clear, when she arrives & CBP asks her nature of Visit, she MUST answer truthfully, that her daughter is going to adjust her status.

  16. One they may ask is what is an Oath. Seems to be common one on the Youtube videos on N-400 interview.
  17. They did not at my husbands interview, but they asked him 10 civic questions, and he got them all correct. Officer wanted to see how far he could go, LOL
  18. You Tube has excellent videos on the N400 interview & the questions. Its how my husband learned and passed his interview. He studied for about 6 weeks.
  19. Totally agree with you there, the N400 part was the easiest & fastest for my husband.
  20. Knowing the USCIS office would be helpful? Have you been checking your USCIS on line account daily? Some offices take longer then others, Houston is the worst, but will admit the citizenship part was the easiest and fastest processing then the greencard process.

  22. Had my husbnads June 5th 2024 in Houston, they let all the guests in and didnt even ask who your there with.
  23. Ditto, learn them all! Youtube has excellent videos. Its how my husband studied while at work.
  24. We did BOTH on line and mailed the form for safety sake.
