    The majority depends on the USCIS office workloads. Shutdown looms, holidays, and people using up that vacation time before end of the year. We ( my husband ) filed Nov 2023 and went quicker then I ever dreamed. Best wishes for a quick & final journey with USCIS.

    8 days together, and already deciced you want to marry? Not a good idea, take time to know each other, let him get to know your family. Months of chatting dont mean much, screen shot pics arent helpful. Morocco is a tough embassy regardless how strong a releationship- evidence there is, so take time to be prepared, get to truly know each other. You cannot marry & file for a K1 Visa, Not even a Orfi marriage or a Nikah marriage. Good luck on your journey.

    No, not at all. And do yourself a favor, dont listen to people who have not been through the Immigration journey. Best wishes.

    Make sure she studies for the Civic Test. She dont pass that, then whatever you bring wont help .

    You shold post in the MENA ( Midde East North Africa ) formum , you should get feedback on your Customs concerns over there.

    Same for my husband, so we left it blank on the immigration forms. We also obtianed copies of thier Moroccan National ID cards, and it shows no date of birth, and included it in all through our immigration journey, never had an issue with it.

    About a week after you become a citizen, make appointment iwth SS office, once that is done, take your naturalization certificate, you go to DPS to show them your status change, so they remove the LPR on your license record. We are doing that today for my husband, SS, and then ask how long till DPS see's the status change. He already received his passport, took 3 weeks for passport processing. Best wishes.

    Most likley will be scheduled for next month Oath, they take place once a month.

    We had that same messge, about 3 weeks later Interview was scheduled.

    You Tube has great videos on the N-400 internview, my husbnad watched them for about 2 months and passed his N-400 interview. Study the Civic questions, you can get copies of the questions on line, print them out.

    So true, last card I sent was a New Years card to my inlaws, mailed it mid December, they got it on the day Ramadan ended. Another I sent took nearly 6 months.

    You Need to include all you support, You, spouse and if you have kids. The RFE should of said what they needed. Include the past 3 years of Tax transcripts. 2024/2023/2022

    To be clear, when she arrives & CBP asks her nature of Visit, she MUST answer truthfully, that her daughter is going to adjust her status.

    Dont reley on the time lines, also no case is the same. It takes as long as it needs to, just need to wait it out.

    Large cermonies at the M. O. Campbell Educational Center My husbnds Oath day was exactly 3 weeks and 1 day after his was appoved at the N-400 interview.

    Congratulations. 😀 Well done!!!! They will schedule your Oath cermoney soon. My husbnad got his date for the Oath Cermonly 4 hours after interview.

    One they may ask is what is an Oath. Seems to be common one on the Youtube videos on N-400 interview.

    They did not at my husbands interview, but they asked him 10 civic questions, and he got them all correct. Officer wanted to see how far he could go, LOL

    You Tube has excellent videos on the N400 interview & the questions. Its how my husband learned and passed his interview. He studied for about 6 weeks.
