Things are sure moving quite fast. Timeline as follows Pacific Time
NVC received Oct-25 (called 29th for our case #) CEAC Status at NVC Oct 30 CEAC Status in Transit Oct 31 2pm CEAC Status Ready Oct 31 7pm It's actually making us a bit worried about receiving the GZ P3 packet and requiring a response from her too soon. We have Christmas plans in the states so hope we can postpone interviews until she returns to China after the new year. 

Called up NVC tonight and was put on hold for almost an hour. Right before they close for the night it got through to a very nice lady and she informs me that our case was received on the 25th.  With 2 weeks processing it should be mailed out second week of November! Very exciting

Thank you for so much for the reference links  I guess I should wait another week before calling. I did send them an email earlier in the day so let see how that goes. Checking similar members timeline from the late September NOA2 KVC thread it looks like it's still progressing through 3rd week of September. 

Checked this afternoon on the iOS App and got my NOA2 approval 10/02. 
 
Thanks for everyone's help, I tried to call yesterday afternoon pacific time but they were closed by 5, it was a relief today to see approval in the app. Now there is so much to do after I get the hard letter copy in the mail and read up on the next step.

Thanks @Foibh congratulations on your quick approval, I'll try giving them a call again tomorrow at that number. All the automated options brings me back to the main menu when I pressed anything.

Tonight I am just a mess . Idk how I'm going to deal if I have to wait the full 7 months .  Or if I wait that long and we get denied or rfe. Positive thoughts . 

This isn't much any of us can say but you are not alone.

We still have to go to work and make money for more petition costs. Plus after the NOA2, the next waiting period is the NVC, but it won't take as long, 4-5 weeks only.
 
Hold steady and think positive, the NOA2 will arrive.
