Every embassy has a different K1 interview email. but the address you posted is the official email id of AD embassy.
Follow the instructions in the attachments and schedule your interview.

Yes. This is packet 3. Schedule your interview. Then your medical .Good luck. It will come before you know it and then on to marriage and filing AOS.

My fiance recieved the P3 today. The letter exactly the same what you've posted above. Now I think I can just schedule the interview and medical appointments.

I think if you go back to the beginning of today and you kept score I think you would draw the same conclusion. No, I don't really want to hear the excuse well we are here to voice our "felling's" to each other and how the process has "cheated us". Put your BIG girl or boy pants on and deal with it. The only part of the process that's owed to you from USCIS, NVC and your Embassy is an answer. Each one of them gives you one. But just not on your timetable. Some of us that have been here a longer time have experienced the complaints. So, I opine that some are not reading and researching because it's all out their. OMG.... you got me started. I need to end this and shut up.

Nope! Every other week. So a month could very well have two shipments or three depending on the calendar. This month had three (will have). April 2, 16 and 30.

PEOPLE: Stop complaining that your not in "in transit" when I clearly stated that "in transit" status can change for both Tuesday and Wednesday. For those who can't see through their TEARS it still is Tuesday. So dry your eyes and give some more time. Oy Vey. Hand slap to the forehead on this one!

Tracking your case file that's in transit to your Embassy. Go to http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking/shippers_reference.html on this page you add your search information. You change the day and month to what you think your package might have left NVC or call NVC to get the date your package had left NVC in route to your Embassy then go to the DHL website and enter the following information:
 
NOTE: It will take 24 hours before the shipment will show any results using this hack. DHL and NVC will need time to update their systems.
 
EXAMPLE:
* Shipper´s Reference : EXP 24 MAR 2011A　 (This is the date you think it left NVC, just substitute the date and　leave everything else as is)
* Date range for shipment - From: 23 - 03 - 2011
* Date range for shipment - To: 26 - 03 - 2011
Account Number - Leave this blank
Shipment Destination: Philippines (Works for any country Just replace your country where the Embassy is located using the drop down box).
 
Sign up for SMS tracking alerts on the DHL website.   Once you find your waybill, check for the "sign up for shipment notifications". When there are any changes to the shipment you will get a SMS message to your phone. How awesome is that!

Just got an NVC email and it's now marked In Transit!
 

Hahahaha, Was just reading people's comment about In Transit and smiling to myself. I decided to delay checking my status but I finally decided to give it a try and amazingly I am part of the IN TRANSIT bus. NOA2 3/18, case assigned 4/4. 

Wow March is rocking now!!!!!!

Just checked my status and its also in transit!!

Yeah they are starting to roll in a few at a time by the end of the day many of you will be in transit!!!!!!

Finally they sent out my case. Just updated now and the status is In Transit. Hooray!

That's so true, we never receive any email from them and our case neither was updated in USCIS website. We have requested them more than 4 times and calling how many time I can't remember to update the email, they said yes but nothing happened.
 
Eventually we got everything by mail (NOA1, NOA2...) and our case status was still case was received.
 
I think the tracking website only work by luck 😄

Check the P3 or your subforum for exact instructions. 
 
I134 is for interview and i864 is for AOS. Stop reading what other embassy require it's not the same for you.
