I had my interview on March 30. I was in the building for maybe an hour in total. It was super easy and went really well but since my I-751 case was still pending, there was no final decision on N400. The officer had to request a transfer of that file from LIN service center and approve that first. Today (April 13) got notification that the I-751 case has been transferred. I am hoping both will be approved soon and the oath ceremony will be scheduled right after.

Update: On April 14, both I-751 and N400 were approved. Waiting for the oath ceremony to be scheduled.

    Hello fellow Denver filers!

Update on my N400 case which was filed under the 3-year rule and removing conditions case has still not been approved.

    Filed in October 2022

    Interview date March 30 2023

Close to 6 months since the date of filing. Any tips are welcome on the interview. I am glad to see that same day oath is possible at the Denver office.

I will post my interview experience once it is done. Good luck to all that are waiting.

Well looks like my wife's i751 packet isn't here during her n400 interview. So we can't do a same day oaths. We might have to delay the oath since she's going to the Philippines to bring the baby to her parents to meet.

She's getting her passport stamp and they will  schedule oath after June 1.

I have my interview next week and I was hoping to have the same day oath ceremony. But what I am understanding from your post is that if the I-751 documents has not been transferred to the Denver office, then we cannot do the same day oath. Is that correct?

Can you please tell me if it was 5 business days or calendar days?  Our status changed this past Monday so needless to say we have our eyes on our Informed Delivery emails every morning.  We're anxious to know the day and time so we can make some preparations.  We're two calendar days in already.

It was 5 calendar days. I think yours will arrive this friday. Latest saturday :)

Approx. how long after the biometrics status (Fingerprint Review Was Completed) did it change to "Ready to Schedule"? I know it's different for everyone, just wondering a ballpark number of days from your experience.

It's only been a week so I know I may have a ways to go 😂

Mine took exactly a month to change to "ready to schedule". From my own observations of other poeple's timelines, it usually takes 25-30 days for it to change to "ready to schedule" after the biometrics. And two days after that mine changed to " interview was scheduled". I got the interview notice in the mail 5 days later which was last monday.

There is not a way to estimate a time for USCIS. You just have to wait.

There is a bunch of stats and estimations based on the VJ members' timelines on this website which are pretty accurate generally. I can get a rough idea of the total process from those. But there was no estimation regarding the status change after biometrics and that is what I asked in case people would share their experience.

USCIS is a patiently waiting mind game.. there is no reason to worry within a couple of days that nothing has happened.. if you don’t see update in 30 days then probably that time you could ask around what people advice you.. good luck 🍀 😊

I had my fair share of dealing with USCIS as you might see from my timeline lol :D So saying "be patient" is just stating the obvious. Anyway, I don't want to keep the thread busy unnecessarily. Good luck to all of us ❤️

anyone with May 15th or later NOA2, who got a confirmed receipt by NVC?

I looked at the stats and the latest guys are May 8 NOA2 with confirmed and recorded NVC receipts.

NVC is getting really slow just to even acknowledge receipt from USCIS. They also changing to story...2 weeks ago, "wait 30 days", now "no...no, not 30 days, minimum 6 weeks before you contact us"

luckily the NOA2 specifies min 30 days then contact NVC...so I took a screenshot and put it into my email. I also sent my email now, since these lazy ones don't read it for 1-2 weeks, so by the time they open it, it will be due for research... ;)

    please share your latest.

I am also curious about this. Our NOA2 is May 28th.
