I sent my notice of readiness on August 1st. On August 6th they confirmed receipt and asked for copies of my police certificate and birth cert. They said my interview date will be confirmed in the coming weeks so hopefully it comes soon!

I had my consulate K1 interview today and was approved  Just wanted pop in to say thank you to @Greenbaum for your wisdom and patience. The process after NOA2 through to the interview was made much easier thanks to your advice, which... all began with reading the first post in this thread!!! It's almost tooooooo easy, which apparently requires it to be repeated ad nauseam. Seriously, you are a saint and we thank you!!

I learned the hard way so now I read every thread before I ask any questions.  I find that my question has been asked and answered multiple times.  I only can speak for me but I think the anxiety of this process makes you not think your questions are original and forget that this whole website is about people who have been, are going through and have just started this process. 

Wohoo! Called today - interview is scheduled  for September 19th and my fiance is coming to Bulgaria on Sept. 9th. 💃

I jsut received my P3 from the Amsterdam US Consulate General. It's almost the same as the documents you sent me, so I thought I would send you the recent version.

My status changed to “Ready” today. 
Does it mean the embassy did receive our petition already?

I hate it when I'm right. Ok. Back to it again.

We wrote and signed a joint letter of intent.  No RFEs or delays.

Finally after 169 days of waiting we received our NOA 2  received in mail today but both websites still say case received. Soo happy and glad and such great news to receive while here visiting my fiancé

DHL working for me now also.... estimated delivery date is Friday 😁😁

I checked status online - this morning it said at NVC, it just changed to in transit slightly after lunch.

Yeah, their game, their rules for sure. But if the whole process was more transparent and easy-to-understand, it would eventually make matters easier for USCIS, too. So I was thinking about their well-being😜
 
Or they should be paying you for taking a whole lot of workload off their shoulders!

I'm Excited today for everyone anticipating a shipping.  i just wanted to say that I finally received an email from the NVC inquiry to update me and my beneficiary's email. The inquiry was over a month ago, so for others who sent an inquiry to the NVC and never got a response within the  typical week, don't get discouraged. It is possible they will still get back with you.
 
The only part I am not so sure of is getting the packet. I know it is really more of an embassy specific thing and out of the scope of this thread. I have seen the embassy past packet for Bogota and have downloaded it, but I am not sure through which  means we will receive the current version (physical or electronic). it seems I am so close to the interview date that i can almost taste it!
