That's what I gather from it. But I would suggest you call them again if you don't get case number within 8 weeks and be sure to ask them if they have your case entered in the system. I remember waiting for some more days since the rep informed us that they have entered it in the system. They might already have yours in the system. If so, you will get case number within one or two weeks.

My mom had her interview today in El Salvador and her visa was approved thanks God

Its july 10 still lots of time left in July ! Lets all just keep hope alive and pray. Hopefully soon we will here something.

Resubmitted on June 12..took nearly 4 weeks for a c.c but finally got it. Originally submitted on April 4 but they kept rejecting the AOS saying it was difficult to read 

Unlimited happiness.... got DQ today submitted 12th june. 😀😀😀😀😀

Hi guys,
I  arrived in the US yesterday. My POE was JFK and everything went was very smoothly. The officer just took the yellow envelope that the embassy gave me, my fingerprints and stamped the passport. 
Good Luck to everyone waiting for the ILs! I hope the floodgates open soon.

Yes. I fill up the ds260 and submitted all documents just now. 

NVC received approved I-130 5/28 and today I got my case #.
 

I do see it’s based off of Case complete however I’ve seen cases where if two people have same CC or similar CC date, that other person whom has the earlier  PD date will get the interview first . For example 
PERSON #1:
PD: May 3,2018
CC:May 6,2019
 
PERSON #2:
PD: February 1,2019
CC: May 10,2019
**Most of the time this happens because Person # 1 Uscis petition took longer to be approved . More than likely Person 1 will receive an interview first !

I just received DQ...all 3 cases r DQ...finally...just now IL wait...

FINALLY‼️ Documentarily Qualified I submitted on May 20, just waiting for a interview from Dom. Republic 🎉🎉🎉
