Hi everyone. We got our approval mail/letter today. My husband didnt receive email and the uscis website still “case received” so we are surprised. Our NOAH 2 is approved Aug 9. We’re early august filers, NOAH 1 August 2. Ive been so anxious for the last few weeks and it make me stress. I always read the forum and i always pray🙏.God is so good. And it really works for me. May God bless everyone🙏.

While I was busy packing my luggages as I am flying back to UAE tomorrow, my husband came to me and hug me showing me that our case got approved TODAY. 
 
We were just hugging and crying at the same time right then and there.
 
To all the people out here who are still waiting for their approval,  my prayers are with you guys.
 
Jade, thank you soo much for every kind words you have told me that helped lift my spirits up. I am praying that yours will come soon.

NO I29 was filled. 373 days since our case was received.

saw 3 cases approved today with the same PD as mine, their case numbers are before mine, but that gives me hope, my PD is 08/27, people of September, they're coming for you

After reading for almost a year this forum, my turn to give you guys some hope. I got an approval yesterday (NOA1 08/17/2018)/

Finally got the I-130 approval letter in the mail today. 
I did not get the I-129F denial letter in the mail yet. 
 
Priority Date I-130 August 15 2018
Priority Date I-129F July 12 2019
 
I-130 Approve on August 7 2019
I-129F Denial on August 8 2019
 
The App only shows that the I-129F was denied, I-130 not shown approve on the App yet. 
 

Thank you for the support. I am just so tired of all of this..I am going back to India again for my 8th trip. I just want my husband here with me. This long distance is just so incredibly painful for both of us. Only seeing my husband twice a year for 2 weeks, no-one understands the challenges. My husband is so kind and patient and for that I am thankful, but I have paid my dues and I want him here. Now Mumbia is backlogged, so it just seems I can't get a break.

Wow.. 7 out of the 10 last approvals were K3 along with i-130.

Not for everyone...many are at over a month waiting. It obviously depends whose desk it ends up on  I'm waiting 42 days and nothing.  I am almost at 11 months on my i-130. No prior marriages, no kids, no background issues, 4.5 years relationship with 7 x 2 week visits. So yeah this is such an unfair process..

It’s with a lot of tears of joy and without really understand what’s  going on that I am telling you guys that I am approved !!!!! 
Yes after 348 days I am approved !!!!!!🥳🎉 that’s crazy !!!!!

I think we can all agree at this point they are processing on average close to 1 year with some at one week shy. It’s just such an unfair process for a US citizen to get stuck with Nebraska when others approve in half the time. Such a disappointment in the USA.

They do seem to be moving a tiny bit faster now from the statistics. That could change again tho 🙄 I’m just so lucky that  I have such a kind husband who has been wonderfully patient in this process. Can’t wait to give him those three beautiful words, we all so long to hear 🙏🏻

Hi everyone , 
i just got a notice that my I-129 F was denied (they took 36 days to process it ) 
but my I-130 is still «  received «  
does someone crossed that situation ? 
 
 

WE GOT APPROVED!!! Another I-129 success story! I130 PD: Sept 21st 2018; I129 PD: July 1st 2019. I absolutely cannot believe it! It feels unreal!

Day 38 of waiting.  Many of us are still waiting from end of June first week of July.
