He lived in Quepos and went to what he said was just Seguro Social, like a small clinic that is associated with the hospital and they do vaccinations and small things like that.  No appointment, but you’d have to find out where one is located near you! Yes this process is long and tough, but it’ll be worth it!
  2. Thanks

All we had was the book too from childhood.  They accepted that without an issue at the physical.  In order to avoid costs, my husband went to his local hospital and got the remaining vaccines he needed for free before the physical exam date.  I don't think there is a way to retrieve old records unless your previous doctor or hospital had them electronically.  Where my husband lived at least, that did not exist.  Best of luck!

We called yesterday and welp, just as expected, they haven't received yet lol.
I'm really crossing my fingers that we at least get our case number by July 15 so that way we make it for the July 23rd Shipment 😅

    Woo!
First week of July started on the right foot for Marchies! Can't wait to see what this month has in store for all of us  !
Congrats to all whom received the approval you have been anxiously waiting for!
@rita&vinnieI know you have been waiting for that approval for the entirety of June and surely it mustn't have felt too good to see others be approved after you but alas! You're with us now
    @MJS+CJB Congrats!!!
@Whipz We went through the same circumstances prior to getting our NOA2's it seems, feeling sad while unbeknownst the us the petition had already been approved lol.
From the K-1 Visa guide on VJ itself:
    1. Copies of all airline boarding passes, train passes, itineraries, hotel receipts, passport stamps (make sure you can read the dates on the stamps), and other documentary evidence that you have met within the last two years. You may want to highlight or place post-it notes indicating the dates and locations on the copies (to make the adjudication easier) for the person reviewing your file.

Also, something that I'm not too sure on whether it helped us establish better or not that we met, it was me also scanning my passport in the page with my visa biographic information (to our luck, the lady stamped my last stamp there, even though she totally shouldn't have) meaning that I indeed had a tourist visa that I used to travel to visit him.

Hey guys, I just got my great news today. Finally got something out of the mailbox that was not advertising or a bill! Neither the old or new website showed anything. To this date it has not been updated. Hoping for all the rest of us Marchies to get the approvals. I am so stoked, and so is my fiance!

I nearly  fell out of my office chair when I got the news today! (ok im exaggerating but i was extremely happy to relay the news o my fiancee)

anyone else who has gotten an RFE...hang in there, youre not alone. now its time for me to update our timeline!

I've checked multiple threats in the past and we are definitely one if not the mushiest of them all haha.
I think it's so endearing how we hang out over here waiting for each others approvals, advise one another, check up on people, etc.
It really is like a little family, just a very separated one lol.

I probably won't stop hanging around this thread until I see pretty much all marchies get approved!

Not to sound mushy but man! It's so cool to have a supportive community. I don't know what I would do without the knowledge vj has given me. Especially the tips and tricks. No doubt I will share my experience with everyone. I actually work at embassies all around the world. And talked with COs at certain posts. They're given strict Guidelines to follow. And I get they don't want to let fraud happen. Just happens that true relationships also get caught up in such problems to for no reason. I wish this was more strean-lined. But this is what we got. Onward my friends to the next part in our journey.

I know a RFE is no reason to congratulate but at least your case has been touched and is being worked on in surprisingly a little bit more than 3 months in comparison to previous 6-8 months for an approval excluding any RFE's! This has the answers you seek.
From your post history, a friendly advice from one worry wart to another, you need to relax.
I know that it is not the easiest of things to do, specially since it seems like your bored out of your mind anxiously waiting at the edge of your seat to hear something from USCIS but, as one wise person told me over here, stop comparing your cases with others or this will eat you alive, this really can be like a drug and it's mind boggling how much of one's time being sucked dry by being here for hours, you might say to yourself: "Oh, let me just check the website, just a little peak for this and that" but this always spirals out of control and then you've spent here 3+ hours piling & piling more insecurities, fears, worries, etc. about the whole thing.
It's hard but it's achievable to get this off one's mind, also, you need to start setting yourself healthy & realistic expectations. We all went into this knowing that it could take 6-8 months from official processing times.
The moment I stopped thinking about this so and regained control of my life, the letter arrived. I know that we both have different experiences but honestly, inform yourself on what to do when a RFE happens & how to appropriately respond, let the letter come when it comes (which will be shortly) and then just respond to the RFE and wait 30 days to hear something back. If it takes less, awesome, if not, well, at least you knew it could take 30 days to finally get NOA2.

In regards to your questions, well,  I finally understand why @Greenbaum usually gets mad when asked the same things that have been asked countless of times (I'm guilty haha)
Not only does it help with spam, but VJ is an amazing website that contains tons & tons of information for pretty much any question you might have with even pinned threads (such as the above, which is right at the very beginning of the forums page) also, check out other month filers threads, February, January, etc. and you will find what you need plus more really.

I only wish you the best of luck in the rest of this journey !
Congratulation to all the approvals this week so far! Seems like this week finally caught up !

    Hello everyone 👋🏻

    Quick questions
Can somebody tell me why did June had 3
    shipments?
Also, what would be the July shipment dates?
I know July 9th is one, would the other one be July 23 or 26? What determines this?

    Thanks in advance!

I just explained it to you what the procedure is that USCIS uses to determine your embassy.

I gave you what needs to be done. Ignoring my experience may not match your expectations but it is officially what you need to do to fix this. Bxtching about it is not going to change anything.

    noa 2 - 6/24/2019

i just saw on the tracker app a number of petitions just loaded this Morning.  They must have been behind on entry and they must do some sort of batch processing overnight.

    Keep the faith!
