Completely out of topic question, but does anyone know how I can hide my signature?
It's getting kind of bothersome to look at with all those bunnies haha.

On a whim, I called NVC and they received my file just today. No case number assigned yet.

Goodness! I hope that's not the case where our case numbers are assigned 1 to 2 weeks later after they received it! Otherwise a lot of us won't make the cut for the July 23rd shipment 😬
Oh well, if that really is the fact, that isn't that bad, that just means more time for us to prepare and finish off remaining business more laid back 😎

You watch 90 day fiance as a means of encouragement and feeling better?
To each their own I guess 😂

There are two sides of every coin and we have to realize that while many people are getting NOA2 within 2-3 months, there are also many that are still waiting after several months. The fact is, according to the statistics here on VJ, only sixty percent of March filters have NOA2. Keep positive thoughts, it's all we can do

Still waiting also. It's hard to see all these NOA2s weeks after yours. Trying to keep positive knowing this wait is still months faster than previous filers.
NOA1 Apr 4 (sent in Mar)

The NVC received our case today!
Yay 😊!
A heads up for people who filled out the "ASK NVC" area that Greenbaum recommends, it does work, but just as the PDF says too, it might not work for everyone, my fiance was notified via email in response to our "inquiry" to the NVC. We didn't call.

The PDF that @Greenbaum shares on every on every month NOA2 to NVC threads has all the answers you seek !
"Enter the petitioner's information as well as the beneficiary's in the "empty box". Full name, Date of Birth, (use DD/MONTH/YYYY, i.e., 08/April/2019 for the DOB field) NOA2 receipt number and WAC number. We have found in some cases that emails are never sent and in other cases this works well. So, your mileage may vary."

For any purpose, use the official dates that appear on the documents sent to you and not necessarily the ones that appear on a governmental website. So, yes use the date on the NOA2 for your purposes.

Well, the pity party is over and I'm back in the saddle and ready to kick some ###.
I'll be watching CEAC and DHL like a hawk tomorrow and Wednesday.
I go see my fiancée on Wednesday night. I have a little bit of business to do in town, but mainly we will focus heavily on organizing and getting our remaining documents. Other than the certificate of singleness, the Panama police report, and the medical exam, we need a copy of our lease (proof of ongoing relationship).
I was told to have faith regarding the passport situation, so I will do that too.

We got our NOA2 in the mail yesterday (approval date: July 2). None of the Websites have been updated. Moving over to NVC thread now

This is another case against hiring a lawyer they are more or less just middle men and in the way, but I understand personal choice personal preference.

Woo!
First week of July started on the right foot for Marchies! Can't wait to see what this month has in store for all of us !
Congrats to all whom received the approval you have been anxiously waiting for!
@rita&vinnieI know you have been waiting for that approval for the entirety of June and surely it mustn't have felt too good to see others be approved after you but alas! You're with us now
@MJS+CJB Congrats!!!
@Whipz We went through the same circumstances prior to getting our NOA2's it seems, feeling sad while unbeknownst the us the petition had already been approved lol.
From the K-1 Visa guide on VJ itself:
1. Copies of all airline boarding passes, train passes, itineraries, hotel receipts, passport stamps (make sure you can read the dates on the stamps), and other documentary evidence that you have met within the last two years. You may want to highlight or place post-it notes indicating the dates and locations on the copies (to make the adjudication easier) for the person reviewing your file.
Also, something that I'm not too sure on whether it helped us establish better or not that we met, it was me also scanning my passport in the page with my visa biographic information (to our luck, the lady stamped my last stamp there, even though she totally shouldn't have) meaning that I indeed had a tourist visa that I used to travel to visit him.

I know it's hard, but attitude truly is the key to success in this.
This all can be very very frustrating & understandably so, but just as @Greenbaum usually says, these people are the ones with the gold and the game goes as is: "One rule, their rules" period.
Adjudicators change from case to case & perhaps this one just wants a clearer version of that divorce decree. Wait for the RFE, give them what they want and they'll give you what you want, simple as that.
As I always say, always look at as many positives in one's circumstances.
In your case, you previously mentioned that this was your 12th time visiting your fiance since April, 12th time... You've visited your fiance 12 times in the span of 3 months, think how incredibly blessed that is, many of us only get the chance to see our loved one's once a year, many haven't even seen their SO in a year or more...that to me is a big big privilege to have.
So don't falter! Keep that head high for if you let it hang low you'll miss out on everything that's ahead of you.
Best of luck 💪!

oflyingbunnyo reacted to Tanish in Do we need a Co-Sponsor?
That's a smart thing to do. If you can get a co-sponsor without much efforts, you should take it, if there is a chance that the petitioner's income may be below the 125% requirement.
I would like to rephrase here, that if the petitioner's income is sufficient, you don't need to have a co-sponsor, but if there is even a chance that the income is less than that, it is a good idea to get a co-sponsor.
Good luck with whatever path you choose.
