Hi all,
This is just a summary of the events that led me to file a lawsuit with al lawyer called "Writ of Mandamus" to move my case forward.
Removal of conditions filed in July 2019.
October 2019 Fingerprints taken
No movement for 2 years. In the meantime all my fellow July 2019 filers had been approved.
In March 2021 my case was very much outside processing times, so I started contacting the DHS Ombudsman, my local representative and my 2 US Senators. Not one of them ever replied, nor contacted me in any way. With USCS I filed about 8 or 9 Service Requests. Not a single one was ever adressed. They were closed without any explaination.
 
After 30 months waiting, I decided to file a lawsuit in October of this year, within 3 weeks my Removal of Conditions was approved and my N400 interview was scheduled and last week I became a Citizen.
 
This should not be normal. Blaming COVID for these ridiculous delays is an easy excuse.
I have a strong case, both me and my wife have good jobs, I am not from a "conflictive" country (whatever that means) of course no criminal records and I pay a lot in taxes to Uncle Sam.
 
This process has been a complete nightmare to me and my family and I hope I never have to step inside a USCIS office ever again.

just make sure your printer is set to high quality printing. thats what i ended up having to do

if you have enough other solid evidence, you might be ok, but personally i made sure to change mine after we moved so that when my wife got her driver's license, they would match

Sounds like good evidence to me! 

we just did a bank statement for every 4 months instead of every quarter should be sufficient i would think. i think our evidence is pretty solid, we also included car loan, tax transcripts, leases for both apartments, insurance beneficiaries, both driver's licenses, utility bills showing she is also an authorized representative etc fortunately we didnt have a lot of complicated situations and share everything
 
still waiting for the notification and check to be cashed, signed up for the text/email, but haven't got those either

I'm still waiting for their text/email and getting our check cashed. It's delivered on Nov 4. It's still nothing until now

Well then, no Halloween candy for her!

i chose however many it was (dont remember now, maybe a half dozen or so? copied onto a word doc and printed from printer. handwrote captions on them with approximate date and who was in it.
 
I did include hotel and event tickets for what we had, particularly if I had photos to help back it up (some i did, some i didnt). obviously we (and many of us) will not have too much of this as with covid, travel and 'events' and being with family/friends were few and far between, but i expect USCIS will expect this. and if not, i dont know where the heck they have been the past 2 years.....

I was debating doing it that way but in the end we just did it the way we did for I-485 and sent regular pictures. Also gave the interviewing officer regular pics as well. It seemed fine for us. Our AOS took a little over 5 months.  Nothing we can do now but if they lose it and need more 🤷🏽‍♀️ we’ll go from there. 

We printed two pages with three photos on each. They show us with family and friends. With my photo editor, .I wrote captions for them. You really don't need many photos as they are not considered strong evidence. That's a good thing because Covid limited the amount of time we were able to visit with people.

All our photos are on our phone and computers, so we sent them to Walgreens and had them printed same day. Wrote description on the back of them - Who, where and when.

we are fortunate that we have one bank statement for our bank account, car loan, and credit card so no triplicating our number of statements at least

We are approved.  Now we start the business of living our lives, and going through this again in 2 years.

I don't have an answer for you, sorry you are hitting the roadblock.  But I reported your post so the mods will see it, and perhaps find a better forum for your question.  This forum is just a bunch of silly, bored adults arguing over who is more right at any given moment.
