Agreed, hence why I said it was good for ME...we have a perceived high fraud country and the double check of eyes was a godsend and could be useful/helpful to others.  My $200 fee for my piece of mind is priceless.

I think it makes sense with the date and time stamps on the photos.  while you may have not had any issues (which is great) others may have a harder time so I am sharing.  Proof is Proof...so without stamps on the photos they could be any time any date not within the 2 years.  its just to make the case STRONGER....not saying you are wrong at all..again..trying to share what I have learned.  
 
For me, its less about the complexity and more about the perceived fraud from my fiance country, so I am very happy and feel more comfortable having a second set of eyes on my package.

I received my package back from the Visa Coach, I did hire him to review that and prep my fiance for the interview.  He has different "plans" to choose from.  I felt like i was in good shape based on the boards and feedback and didnt need his full service.  WOW...the things he advised I would never have thought of.  I have spent another 6 hours fixing my application package and will be mailing TOMORROW to USCIS Dallas Texas
 
Things he pointed out that I wanted to share with other newbies:
 
1.  Proof photos...make sure they have time stamp on them if printed from a phone and assembled on a Word Document (I cropped out to make look nice...mistake).  Otherwise could be from anytime (doh)
2.  Proof photos, making sure good sampling with friends and families
3.  .  Being very specific with references to dates, names, places and making sure they thread through consistently (application, labels on photos, etc)
4.  Whats app chat logs:  each month you have known each other, but only excerpts from 1 or 2 days.  He indicated that the duration of the relationship (number of months) is more important than the conversations itself 
 
I hope this helps others.  So far I have been pleased working with him.  If you have a little extra money I think hes worth it...the proof will be in pudding after I hear from government of course

That's completely normal waiting. I'm in NYC. We can't even complain because the processing time on their website is up to 3 years.
 

Are there any AOS filers in this group in New York ? My case has been on "ready to be scheduled for an interview" since Feb, not sure when I should start calling for more info or keep waiting. 😴

Dear December Tribe, I found this video. Soooo, apparently uscis is not longer outsourcing the production of green cards and work permits since sometime in June.  They are producing them themselves. Therefore, the delays...

Case was updated to show fingerprints was taken: January 29, 2020
Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview : February 17, 2020
Interview was scheduled : February 18, 2020
Interview was canceled: March 18, 2020
Interview has been scheduled as at July 6, 2020

i used the wrong term as i am in AOS and its all about financials....haha...i meant the income requirements, and that is what i sent the tax transcripts, etc...they want to make sure the person wont be a burden on the government and can be supported by the petitoner...which by the way, in my case...took almost a full year to get the work authorization card and still waiting for GC interview...so that extra person bills and no extra income can be ROUGH

Our interview was rescheduled! Case status is now 'Interview Was Scheduled'. Will wait for the mail to see what the date is.
 
We originally filed in December, had an interview scheduled for early April, and had that cancelled in late March. We've been on Interview Ready to Schedule since early May. It updated today.
 
So it looks like cancelled interviews are now being scheduled.
 

We just got my husband’s SS card in the mail today! So it was less than a week after we had our appointment at the local SS office. 

This is not my case, however, it’s from a person that had their Interview cancelled due to COVID-19 and now rescheduled. I think it’s fantastic news and it’s only a matter of time before everyone get their interviews rescheduled. Hang in there you’ve been one of my fav members and I don’t want you to lose hope 🤗🤗🤗

were you schedueled then cancelled due to covid?  or is this the first time getting that?  been waiting since March 4, but never had the initial interview date

This update doesn't mean interview was scheduled, just that paperwork is good to move to the field office.
