Dude, you should have told her no before she got here. Help her get home and then please don't speak to her again, for her own good. I would have never told my now-husband to come over when his visa got approved if I wasn't 100% sure that he was the person I wanted to spend my life with.
 
How easy it is for you to to be flippant. She gave up everything. I can only hope she can rebuild her life.

I did not submit my fiance's (beneficiary) divorce decree.  So I sent that in. 
And my case was approved.

Hello April filers we were approved today now we wait for interview in Casablanca we got our NOA 2 approval yay praise God for this 204 days later keep us in your prayers to receive an interview and a visa thanks everyone 

Omg I’m in tears of happiness we were approved on 23/10 my fiancé got the hard copy in the mail today no update on any site!! 

Oh my god, we are approved!!!! Just checked the new web site, it says we have been approved on October 25th. I cant believe it😅😅😅😅😲 Noa1 April 18th old, 20th new. 

Yay, I just got the NOA2 (text) and it's showing up on the old website!
 
I was (notice and old website) 4/27, and 5/2 on the new website, so I've been lurking on the April and May filers threads.
 

Wohoo!! Congrats to all of you who have been approved!!🤩 I'm trying to stay away from both sites and VJ but I can't hahaha
It was a bit stressed me out seeing people who apply after us got approved first. But I'm really happy to see that they're working on April filers!! To those who haven't been approved, stay strong! We are getting closer to that happy day!!

I'm one of those people I see you writing about. I've lurked in the background never posting or even creating an account. But I've watched intently and learned a lot from everyone's post. I wanted to share our time line for those still waiting.
NOA1 4/27 old site
NOA1 5/01 new site
NOA2 10/22 old site and on USCISApp
New site still shows received only.

WE WERE APPROVED!!!
 
NOA2 date 10/17/18.  Has yet to update on new or old site but I’m holding the paper in my hand.  My shaking hand!  So excited and wish you all the best of luck.  This is the week!!!

I am just barley an April Filer, as I mailed my petition on 4/28, got my NOA on 5/4. I have been watching and waiting like everyone else. My timeline said mid/late November. So, I was shocked today I got a text message saying my case was updated. Went and looked at old site and....
 

 
New site still says "Case Was Received".
So excited that the big wait is over, hopefully everyone else gets good news soon too!!!

My goodness why did he even submit the K1 in the first place. @Dana89 put on those big girl panties NOW. You are making a big mistake. Perhaps this is one time that you'll be glad if your application gets denied. I really hated to say that, because I wish no ill will on anyone but the story you have told us here is nothing short of crazy.  RUN AND DON"T LOOK BACK!!!!!
