  1. Happy Anniversary @DaveAndAnastasia I've been busy all week building a heated night box for the tortoises. Optimus Prime is now 3lbs and will be ready to be outside full time this summer. This is what I have done so far. The floor, walls and roof are all insulated with 1 1/2 foam insulation. Caulking all joints to prevent heat loss in the winter. I still need to finish the front wall with doors. This is 4x8 and will then be divided into 4x4 spaces. One side for each tortoise. Then they will have divided yards too. I will still need to plant some shade plants for them as this is a really sunny location.

  7. She will most likely take the college's entrance test. Since you said community college, she will have more wiggle room on when to apply. She could apply to college when she gets here and that is what I would recommend. I would not have her go back to highschool after she completed/graduated. Wait to enrol her until you get her here, she may be able to use your address history/residency as her own and pay in state tuition this way.
  8. ~~Moved to AOS From WOrk, Student and Tourist Visas, from IR1/CR1 Progress Reports- As this both are in the US.~~

  11. It does not matter. It is 3 yrs of PR and 3yrs of marriage but that marriage has to be ongoing/intact. As you are no longer married you have no choice but to file under the 5 year rule.
  12. Since you divorced you will need to apply under the five year rule.
  13. ~~Moved to Work Visas, from Working and Traveling During Immigration~~
  14. ~~Moved to K3 Process and Procedure, from Bringing Family of USC- the OP is asking about filing a K3 along with the already started I-130~~
  15. He sees every single thing you sent in right from the start.
  16. Oh man that sucks ROC took so long and you didn't know you could still file for her the N400. Definitely get started ASAP. Depending on where you live it could be faster. Fingers crossed for you. BTW if he is a college student by the time he files he can apply for a fee waiver. My older two boys were over 18 when I naturalized so they had to do it on their own. Both were approved for the fee waiver and didn't have to pay a cent for it. They worked part time while going to school.
  17. Could get lucky and squeeze by. If not you can't get started until he is 18 and meets the 5 yr as a PR.
  18. She will need the oath ceremony. Pretty much he needs to be under 18 the day she gets her certificate. If he is over 18 then he can apply just like your wife did but under the 5 yr rule.
  19. ~~Moved to What Visa Do I Need, form AOS from Work, Student and Tourist Visas - as the OP is exploring how to bring his ex-wife to the US if they remarry.~~
  20. Last summer a Judge rule that 15 months was not too long for AP. After that the WOM pretty much stopped working.
  21. ~~Hijack post split off of a 9yr old zombie thread. Please do not post questions about your own case in other member's threads.~~ What are you interviewing for? I want to make sure we have your question in the right forum.
  22. I should look into the cat food through them. It's only .90 savings but it might have other perks I could look into.
  23. Yes Chewy actually wants more than even Walmart once they give you that first discount. It would be 8$ more than Amazon.
  24. I have tested a few littlers now and think I will stick to the Freshstep crystals. I just set up autoship with amazon saving almost 5 bucks.
  25. ~~Posts related to the DS5535 for another Consulate/Embassy/Country has been removed. This thread is for Montreal only. Members here cannot give any advice on how things would work anywhere other than Montreal.~~
