  1. ~~Two posts in other member's threads have been removed. Please only ask your question once and not in other member's threads. It can cause confusion the thread.~~
  2. ~~Hijack post has been removed as the poster already has a thread started.~~
  3. ~~One post removed as the poster already has a thread.~~
  4. I would think so. I have seen a huge one climb stairs. Mine are too small for that though. I'll try to make the other doors' ramp tomorrow.
  5. Added the ramp today to one of the doors.
  6. Ok long overdue chicken report has been requested We have just over 20 chickens. I lost count so who really knows. Daughter has a breeding project of her Polish chickens. They are the more hard to find Tolbunt pattern. She has been incubating eggs and hatching them like crazy. They are selling like hotcakes. As soon as they hatch they are gone and the next batch of eggs goes in the incubator. Ok enough of eggs and chickens now. The Hillbilly is smoking ribs for supper. I need to fold laundry. I am waiting on the Hillbilly to dig holes in the ground to move the fence. We are moving it up. That new space is going to be for the tortoise yard for Optimus Prime. He is pushing 4lbs already and 8 1/2 inches long. Shell length only and a eating machine. I have to get a few more things done today like get the grass cut. I'm trying to make sure everything is done before I get my tonsils out on Thursday. Eating is hard and it is now really messing with my breathing. Ok I'm off to clean the house
  7. Ok so you have the option to marry now and adjust status as this was not your plan when you entered the US. But be prepared to be stuck in the US, no working not even remote jobs, no US driver's license until EAD is in hand or the GC and now you have to apply and pay extra for it, the extra fee for AP to allow travel out of the US if there are any emergencies. If you marry now and go home yes you would apply for the spousal visa. It does take awhile up to two years, but much more freedom when you arrive.
  8. ~~Moved to What VIs DO I Need, from K1 P&P- As the OP is exploring options.~~ Mod hat off Yes you can visit on ESTA and marry with the intent to go home. What you cannot do is visit with the intent to AOS as that is fraud. With the new prices for the K1's adjustment of status one would be crazy to go that route. Wait I just reread your posts. Are you in the US now?
  9. I would not worry about canceling it. It's not a make or break piece of evidence. Go ahead and cancel it.
  10. ~~Moved to CRBA, from Bringing Family of USC- as this is the forum for CRBA topics.~~
  11. ~~Post removed for Violating the TOS Copyright provision. Another post removed for quoting it. As the OP is not opened to VJ feedback, comments and experience. This thread is now locked and not to be restarted in any way, shape or form.~~
  12. You will get another chance to update it when you endorse your visa.
  13. ~~Hijack post and related reply have been split off to their own thread.~~
  14. ~~Duplicate threads merged. Please only start one thread for the same or related topic.~~
  15. The reason you can't get a firm answer is because many things can change the expiry date. It should be 6 months from the medical. But it is not unheard of it being much less than that.
  16. It says that while it is being processed. They all go through a period of processing, if they did not ask you to send anything in or ask you to fill out the DS-5535 it should not take long at all.
  17. ~~Thread locked to further replies. The OP posted an update above about getting the passport. As this thread is now derailing and no longer needed to the OP it is locked to further replies.~~
  18. ~~Moved to AOS from Work Student and Tourist Visas, from General Immigration Discussion.- As AOS questions are discussed here.~~
  19. ~~Moved to What Visa Do I Need, from K1 Progress Report. The OP is at the research stage.~~
  20. OP is in the US adjusting from student visa. Hopefully the OP can figure out how to reply to the thread.
  21. It would depend on the visa. Not likely but one can never be sure.
  22. When you were turned around. Those notes are in the system and will be for a very long time. It is recorded that you withdrew your request to enter. That is a sign that they did not believe you were just a tourist.
  23. Please click the reply button in blue to the right side of this post. Right now you are hitting the report button which works for me as I am a Moderator but when others come to help they will not be able to see your comments. Your thread is now in the best place for answers and help. Just be patient.
  24. ~~Thread moved to AOS from Work, Student and Tourist Visas, from IR1/CR1 P&P- the OP has confirm that this is an AOS case.~~ Edit to add the OP is in the US entered with a Student visa
  25. ~~Moved to Removal of Conditions, from K1 P&P- the OP is asking about ROC and needs to get familiar with this process.~~
