Depends when they print the visa. Check USCIS to see if it has been 'issued' and whether its being processed or has been printed. It will say. The London Embassy sent my passport and package back to me 4 days later but everywhere is different. 
 
In any case, you've waited this long, why panic over when your passport will arrive? You'll get it when you get it, just thank God they approved you one to be begin with

Quick update guys ,my wife visa yesterday was undergoing administrative processing and today status now says issued,so that means she’ll her passport Monday or Tuesday,so happy..!!😌😌

Quick update for Lagos Embassy.  I just got of the phone with NVC, after waiting for 1hr on hold.  The rep told me that they are finish scheduling for February and next set of interview dates will be for march.  She gave me the same line about how we are still in queue for an interview date, and that no we have not been skipped.  So I asked her the one question that no one at NVC has answered me..I said, so how long do I have to wait before someone can look at our case to see why we are not getting an interview date?  She said well we can’t say.  Which means we can be waiting up to 8mth or 1yr and they will still be telling me you are still in line.  
 
Does anyone know of where or who I can report NVC to?  Please if you do send me the info.  
 
I really don’t care if people get fired, they need to be a bit more concern about everyone that call in.  I am so tired of them.

My wife just passed the interview this morning in Vietnam. CO didn't even check any documents which she brought to the interview. It has been a long journey man.

We called our assigned embassy today if there’s anything else we need to do but waiting for an interview, as our case has been expedited and transferred to the embassy. They immediately sent an email for us to send an interview request. Within 15 minutes, we received the interview letter email according to our preferred week. Exactly a week from today!!! Even the medical exam result is here in less than a week. 
 
We waited 8 months just for our NOA2, it’s finally moving along after we fired our attorney.

Someone from Mexico with cc date of April just got interview for January 
 
Ghana, Nigeria and some India are also waiting for interview date with cc date of several months 
 
3rd world countries are being delayed on purpose, I guess to reduce the number of immigrants from those countries
 
It's not fair but it's all good...

Okay everyone on this post. I am returning to church tomorrow. It’s been a while but I think it’s about time. All of you will be in my prayers tomorrow morning. I pray that we all have some progress in this visa journey so we can have a warm happy Christmas this year. 🙏👍👍

Hello guys, sorry to update you so late. As of now, my wife is in USA (10 days now).
From the interview date to the date we got the passport it took like 3-4 business days.
My process was very smooth. From start to visa in hand exactly 10 months.
Hopefully the same for everyone else.

Well, I guess the holidays affect interventions. Within 24 hours of contacting our senator, we received a feedback asking us to fill the privacy release form. That was done immediately on the 19 December, 2018. So, we really believe they are taking steps but the holidays must have slow proceedings down. So, let's keep hoping something good will come our way this coming week. To those senators willing to take steps, it's either they come up with further information on the delay at Lagos embassy on some cases, or they are able to push for an expeditious action. The delay is quite overwhelming, but God will see us through. More updates please! Thanks.

Bummer! I just called NVC and they confirmed that our case was completed on Dec. 14, 2018 and in line for interview scheduling. Someone asked me earlier how I knew and I based my initial answer on the email that I got from NVC saying "Documentarily Qualified" or something like that. So now it's reconfirmed. 
 
However, they just told me that they scheduled everything for January 2019 so we MIGHT be scheduled in February, even that is not definite. We are Dominican Republic case...I know they are a super busy embassy. Bummer! Was hoping to celebrate our 1 yr anniversary in February, in the USA. Hoping for a miraculous earlier interview than anticipated....

our case is in a different country, but I agree with you. We had the interview date a few days after our case was CC. While others wait for a month to get the interview date. I think is fear if PD is taking in consideration, because we have been waiting more time. We have the interview next week and its been almost a year since we started with this process  on 11/24/17

Yes oooo.. my suitcases are already packed since September waiting to go..I thought I would have gotten an interview date by now.. nothing yet..so frustrated here..

I got the email with our interview date last night. Case complete was on 11/05 and interview is scheduled for 12/19.
