POE Atlanta complete.  

Hi guys! My NOA2 was January 28 and my case was forwarded to the consulate in Australia yesterday. I've been hanging out in the February thread but thought I'd stick my head in here and celebrate with all those who had their case status change to 'In transit' yesterday. What a feeling! 😀

Update to Form I-134, Affidavit of Support

New form date 02/13/19. Starting 05/06/19, we will only accept the 02/13/19 edition. Until then, you can use the 11/30/16 edition

Shes at the airport now. Finally this journey is almost over Until time to file AOS lol.

She did, and emailed them a few times too. She was getting frustrated with her calendar not opening up, and then later when we were stuck in non-immigrant Application Received for almost two weeks after her interview.
I'm not exactly sure who she called or emailed.
From what she told me, it sounded like she did get to talk to a person, but usually got pretty stock answers.

Calendar opened on different days for everyone who was in our shipment for sure.
 
And there's at least one couple here who the calendar opened later than it did for us, but ended up with an earlier interview date (though mostly because we didn't want to reschedule).

Hi, don't worry unduly. Try and send the Moscow embassy an email and they'll give you a status update. Our packet left the NVC on the same day as yours. I only got a confirmation that it's been received and my request to schedule an appointment had been approved after I sent them an email. 

I feel like this...
Can see the end and its just out of reach for the next couple of weeks

I've had a response from
the embassy.
this is what their email reads 
 
"Based on the information you have furnished, you may wish to explain to the U.S. immigration officials at the U.S. Port of Entry that your visa package was damaged during transit.  If you are concerned that the damaged area may widen, you may apply a small amount of clear tape."
 
looks like I'm all good to go and book my flight! I'm going to print the embassy's emails to me to show at POE if needed.
 

 

Nope, it is still in READY state. She did not make the flight. I had to cancel her tickets. 

Tuesday is the big day! Praying for all of us with petitions at the NVC to be sent to our embassies. God bless us all. 🤗🤗🤗🤗✊🏽

Haha yes. I try to believe that all of us here have collected enough good karma points for being patient and dedicated since the beginning of the process to not get this punishment of skipping 3 shipments in a row 😅

We finally  received our case number this morning. 
NOA2: 01/25
NVC received: 03/01
Case number: 03/01
 
I imagine we’ll make it to the shipment of 03/19  

They received our case and had a number assigned!

they didn’t say when it was received.

/looks at stack of receipt emails from Russian flower delivery site … (could only visit every four months or so, and sending gifts you never know when they'll get there, but could send flowers ...)

Da, it is wonderful we had met (Women or Man) and fell in Love, that is the easy part. Now our it is important to show our loved one every day that we are worthy of the love they have given. I do not say it is a task, but a way of being.
