Got the RFE today, they need more evidence that we met in the 2 years. We sent pictures and boarding passes already. Any other ideas? Yeah, we didnt submit copies of stamps in the passport, we gonna do it now. But whatelse?? We don't have hotel invoice or something, coz we always stayed at either his or my place. Can we submit a statement signed by his mother, that we really met in the 2 years? I am really lost now, didn't expect this would be the reason, coz the boarding passes are stating the names and the dates.

Did you have time/date stamps on the photos as well and writing who is who in the pics? We submitted that plus boarding passes

    thankyou so much

thanks much! some april filers received their approval just now

I filed in March and got my NOA2 in 183 days which is pretty quick. Others are at 8 months wait. Just keep your expectations low and you won’t go crazy lol. After. NOA2 a month ago my case is still at NVC waiting to be sent to embassy which hopefully will be next week.

UK applicants that are going for a medical soon, what does your patient care summary record look like?

Went to the GP today and asked for a more updated version of my patient care summary record (as stated as one of the requirements sent in the email from medical clinic). I had one printed in August but the one she printed this morning looks completely different. lol. The one she gave me just now has my personal details at the top, then subheadings that say the following: Problems, Medication, Allergies, Immunisations, Planned Events, Last 3 consultations. Only 2 pages long. Anyone have the same thing? Been searching on UK subforums but can't find an exact answer.

Hey mine is the same too

As long as u can show them proof u have received ur case number u should be good. Was given this info rom another member as I was concerned about it also.

if u don't have the email in hand at time of appointment just show them the the web page. It will show at nvc, in transit or ready.

Yes it will be sent to embassy. But, urs shouldn't be in that batch since u just received ur nvc number.

Nvc needs about 2 weeks from the date u get nvc number to do there thing then send it to embassy.

your case should be sent early November batch. Which is what I'm expecting also.

Will it matter that I have my medical before the case arrives? Or is that just relevant for the interview?

    Fyi

anyone who is waiting nvc number and is needing to schedule medical currently the earliest appointment is Nov 1st.

Be prepared to wait and b disconnected often.

Fiance called right at 9am. Was #1 in line got kicked off. Called back kicked right off. Called back again and was #6. She had to wait about 40 min total to get appointment scheduled.

She choose Nov 15hth as that's what works best for her.

    good luck y'all

That’s good to know thanks. Hopefully we will get our number this week so I cannot book the medical ASAP.

Finally... Approved! After getting an RFE and all that.

    NOA1: 05/05/18

    RFE: 09/16/18

    RFE received by USCIS: 10/02/18

NOA2: 10/05/18 but received in mail on 10/08

Even though my RFE date look far from when they received it. That is because I was in my fiance's country when it got to my home so I had to wait almost a week from that to mail it. So really only took a few days for them to receive it. And even better only took a few days for them to approve it! So I'm thankful it was a quicker turn around for that than I expected. My next question is what do I do now? Do people know the average time frames of the next steps? And if there's another point coming up where I need to make a payment again?

Congratulations! It will go to the NVC next where they process it and assign you a case number before forwarding it onto the embassy. My NOA2 was 20th Sept and still not received a case number yet but others have. It can take up to 6 weeks.
