Just went to "Issued" today! Which means I can switch from "anxiously waiting for it to change status" to "anxiously waiting for her to receive the visa itself". Progress!

I got approved for Noa 2 on the 7th of Dec....

Hi guys, an update, my case changed to AP this afternoon. Guess I will receive packet 3 within few days.
FYI, I waited 20 days for my case to change to AP from READY.

We created a WeChat group that all members are applying either K-1 visa or CR-1 visa, and we exchange information in the WeChat group pretty frequently (Mostly we type in Chinese), if anybody would like to talk with people who have the same needs, please feel free to join us by scanning the QR code attached below.

I can fill ya in. Yes we have been struggling with a server migration. We had database glitch that was resolved. I'm greatly sorry for the downtime. We are looking to get to a new server to clear these issues up.

So we were finally able to schedule our interview, we were waiting on BPI, but its finally go time.  Interview set for Dec 27th.

Our file was finally sent to the Embassy on 12/12/18

You have a good perspective on what could happen if it was too old, by referencing the picture. And with that I have to concur. That's why I advise applicants to do the ds-160 after they received the case number. It would only be a month or two before they have their interview so it's still be pretty fresh. Thank you for your insight.

They did look at the Chat Logs, just to show constant Communication.

Just wanted to post this to let anyone having an issue getting the WeChat Logs from their iPhone. I used a Program called iRefone, I was able to pull all my WeChat Logs to my PC and save them as a PDF without having to take and Print 100's of Screenshots. I hope this info will help anyone needed Chat Logs from China. Also it works with iMessage and WhatsApp also.

So checked CEAC today on a whim, fully expecting our Visa Petition to arrive tomorrow, but we are already marked as ready, Case received Dec 13.

You quoted a rather long post.  I suspect @Greenbaum was asking which part you were asking about.

I would guess you were asking about the AskNVC (Step 1).  I submitted my AskNVC request too early (a couple times),.  Each time they responded in about 7 days, saying there was no record of my case yet.  Eventually, they did update my case with my email, but it appears they did not add my fiancé's email address.

I wonder if two separate requests, one for each email address, would be less error-prone.

Hi guys, sorry to tell you this information, from the several people I know who just received their P3 packet recently, the range they waited for the packet 3 is from 3 weeks to 40 days after the Guangzhou consulate received their case. 
 
So, be patient. Start prepare your relationship evidence, the I-134 form and supporting documents, the DS-160 and etc... make yourself busy, time flies...

So I called the NVC tonight to see if they could give me the date on when they received my fiances k1 and he said he could not. The reason, once a case number has been issued they can no longer see the received date and that our case number was actually issued yesterday. So he gave me our case number.
 
I did ask about shipments and explained I was aware that they mail them off every two weeks or something like that and that since the next shipments is around Christmas if he knew of or could enlighten me about possible next shipments. He says they still plan on doing shipments but will be closed for Christmas. That was basically what he told me so I can assume they will still most likely do shipments Christmas Week.
 
NOA2: 11/21
NVC Receive: I put 12/10 but that is not accurate. AskNVC email response was on 12/10 and confirmed they received it but the last AskNVC email response was on 11/30 so between 12/10 they received our case.
Case # Issued: 12/13

SO HAPPY... We got our NVC # today!!! so closely waiting  Thank you again @Greenbaum , i made an online inquiry upon your instructions at the introduction of this topic..and they replied 

So another half an hour on hold (somehow didn't connect in my head that 2:30 Pacifc = 5:30 Eastern = lots of people calling when they get home from work), another expected answer.
Which is to say we have an NVC # now.🙂

Updating my timeline now

So I noticed something on the DHL shipment that has me a bit curious. The Number of Pieces was 20, but currently seems to now only be 19, did some cases get intercepted? It's probably nothing but a bit of my paranoia though.

You are right it is very nerve racking.

I believe action against your post (and also mine incidentally since I quoted you) were on the ground of you asking someone to not post things, which is against TOS term of "restrict or inhibit any other user" but that seem to ignore the fact that initial (sarcastic?) answer that wasn't removed very much is against the rule of "purposely designed to .... make fun, belittle... takes away from personal enjoyment" Mod's discretion clearly was that that comment doesn't fall under that category, while yours did. There is no appeal process. I suspect these posts will be removed shortly. Try not to take things personally, and just get what is useful to your case and move on.
