It seems like you may have a unique perspective on this situation.  Maybe it is much closer to your heart than it is to ours.  We are lucky that the biological father is involved in their lives and I encourage that.  We all try to get along and so far everything is fine.  I also know of many stories that aren't quite as nice.  Biological fathers that kidnap their children at night and hold them hostage in the Philippines is somewhat common.  So are biological fathers that never supported their children until word of an annulment comes up and then they see that as a way to extort money.  We don't know this situation but it should always consider what is best for the children first.

If they are married and her children are under 18, he does have a step child/step father relationship.  That does have rights and responsibilities.
 
I don't always believe the biological father has the best interest of the children in mind either.  I believe the OP has to do what he and his wife determine IS in the best interest of the child.  

Children are not property. OP has NO rights in this situation. The children are, apparently, not even LPRs in the US at this time.
 
It is in the best interest of the children to have relationships with BOTH parents.  OP wants to deny this to them.

Filing one (1) Form G-1145 with your AOS package will suffice, submitting multiple copies is not necessary.

k1 applicants are not allow to apply for SSN even and without SSN he is not able to work.Nowadays EAD takes atleast 7 Months according to USCIS Guideline.

after fighting with usps seems like they received our packet because they took the money out for AOS. Im hoping to get a NO1 soon... I wish this process gets easier, but it does not lol

K2 visa holders doesn’t have A-number since is the first time for them applying . Ones the AOS is send they will provide the K2 with one. So it’s ok leaving it blank 

Found this, even though it's a couple of years old. It's not entirely clear if it applies to your case though, because the vaccination sheet was included in your overseas medical report, but it was not properly completed I suppose. I found the I-693 instructions to be the same in the form as of today, except it now says you need to complete part 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 9 of the I-693, and not page 1.

Even if a new medical examination is not required, you must still show proof that you complied with the vaccination requirements. If the vaccination record (DS 3025) was not properly completed and included as part of the original overseas medical examination report, you will have to have the vaccination report completed by a designated civil surgeon. In this case, you are required to submit the vaccination record and page 1 of Form I-693."
 
 

Have you submitted your Adjustment of Status paperwork?  If so, look up Month Year AOS.  For example.  I submitted my AOS in July of 2018 so i am now in the group July 2018 AOS.  Just be careful because you want to make sure you are in the k1 to AOS . there are some groups for people who came in or are adjusting their status from another type of visa. we didnt go to any doctor  his results are in english though... i just thought that if on k1 you dont have to see a doc out here again if you adjust within a year of your visa... 

soooo just mailed off adjustment of status and all other forms yesterday.... the vaccination stuff is so confusing, but my beaux had record of it. Were there more vaccinations one has to send in? I thought K1 didnt have to fill out vaccination form... we sent in vaccination documentation anyway.

No. They will have to start over again with the spousal visa. Tell your buddy don’t waist his money on the K1 and wait to apply for the CR1.

For interview the beneficiary HAVE to have the ORIGINALS OF ANY PREVIOUS DIVORCE DECREE of any of you two. If you don’t present original or CERTIFIED COPIES you will get the 221g at the end of the interview and you will have to submitted in a certain period of time. If you don’t. Your visa will be refuse. You can go to the courthouse and get certified copies and mail trough dhl  to my country. That’s what my Fiancé ( the petitioner) did. 

Well, the US citizen can't just blame the system for his ex being able to file for VAWA, the US citizen should really get to know their partner WELL before bringing him/her to the US in the first place.
 
I see so many of those types of cases here on VJ, people come here and complain "He only wanted me for a greencard, now when he has it he left me! What can I do to throw his ### out of the country?". The first thing you should've done was to get to know him before marrying him and bringing him here.. You clearly failed at that and now have to live with it.

Hi all - I originally thought I'd send mine off sooner and be an April filer, but we've been so busy that I haven't finished the packet for DH yet. We're hoping to send it on Monday. I just have to finish the Affidavit of Support and I think we'll be good to go. I have some questions if any of you want to help me  
 
How did you guys organize your packets? Do I need to include any evidence of relationship in this packet or is that for the interview?
 
Would anyone mind critiquing my table of contents for my package? How many G-1145s do I need? I attach one to each front of 485, 765, and 131, right?
