Now to plan for the next stage!

We got our rfe,i m happy, things r happening. 

We are at 241 days since the NOA1...this wait sucks. I just want this stage to be over with, so we can start making plans.

I submitted an inquiry, hopefully we have the same luck as Kyle and Ana.

I  was approved yesterday omggggggg  God is good all the time . Also I sent a inquiry yesterday

We are approved, after 245 days and 14 days after they received our rfe!!! sooo happy

OMG I  am at 11 day today after they receive my RFE! i hope to hear something soon !!! this is nerve wrecking! 

Well sad news for those scheduling soon.  I just booked the next interview appt and it was all the way half way through jan
 
So looks to be at least 2 month wait now.  Probably because of the holidays perhaps.

Case approved...after 248 days!! 

I received a message yesterday letting me know my case had been updated - my RFE response has been received!
 
And then I received about 40 other messages saying that my case had been updated..at first, I was thinking "they already approved us ?!?!" but after checking the first couple of times, it became evident that this is some sort of glitch. Dang it.

Informed delivery shows me that our RFE letter arrived yesterday, 9 days after receiving notice that we'd be getting an RFE.
 
We were getting a bit worried about the delay in getting the letter. I ended up calling USCIS Friday and heard the robotic voice message, but after hearing the 30min+ wait time warning, I decided to wait a bit longer before asking someone about it. Good call I guess.
 
I can't wait to get back home tonight and see what it says. 😟

There was a form we submitted with our K-1 packet to get email updates. I believe if you sign up on the USCIS website you can also opt into alerts there.

I should have ignored this...those lucky bucks! Come on, just look at mine already.
 
The USCIS scan site is interesting though - according to it, < 1% of March petitions have been approved, so we've just got to be patient...easier said than done!

@Nicola and Jordan Congratz guys!! Glad to hear You got approved!

On the other hand, i spoke with Tier 2. Finally. Got couple updates. The Rep was extremely nice, though felt like in a hurry so i didn't want to hold him up too long.
He said my case is in CSC and was assigned to the officer (?) and is being processed. He said he can't estimate how long exactly it will take, but from his experience he said no longer than two weeks, though he's obliged to tell 45 days, since it's still within normal processing window.
Then he proceeded to explain that CSC at the moment is extremely backed up and they are doing their best to catch up. On top of that he said that March is one of the most piled up months from past 12months so it might take some time. Although he said that they are currently processing end of February, some people from march will start getting decisions, as some officers are appointed to catch up and do the more recent ones, hence the recent approvals. So overall, he said i'm alright, and he see's no RFE or anything on his end just the word "Processing/Pending", which he explained could mean that the Officer is currently working, OR he has the box with all the applications in his office and mine is just waiting to be processed by officer.

Hope this gives some hope and a lift in mood.
I'm March 19th old, March 23rd New.
