I hope mine comes within a week

It will.  I know just how you are feeling now.  I'm in the same shoes last week.  Iafter the interview I want to be optimistic all the tume but the negativity keeps clouding my hope too.  As I was driving back home, I was making back-up plans if I will be sent back to my home country.  That's why when my Attorney told me the goods news, it is more joyful to hear.  God wants us to be appreciate more what we have.

You'll get your approval notice soon.

I stalked my medical doctor on Wednesday, and he filed out everything and gave it to me to take to interview.  IO told me that I was approved at interview and it will take 3-4 weeks to get GC Card.  Status did not change on my I-485 until about 5 pm

OMG you made me laugh this morning.   Stalker....hehehe.  yeah it should be easy for the Doctor to sign, good his considerate.  Congrats.   Mine is updated 6 days later only.

     I cannot open the page.

Looks like all my records for several receipt numbers are all gone including 360, AP, EAD

They are there but it is empty when I click it to open.

I dont know what is wrong.

Same thing for me everything is blank this morning.  The last I got from USCIS website is the USPS delivery tracking number yesterday.

Congratulations 🎉🎊🎈! Your success give us hope ! May I asked what types questions was asked by immigration officer in interviews.Thank You !

Thank you.  Mostly biographic information for myself. Nothing on the abuse.  I am thankful the lady officer is very welcoming and casual.  She did ask for my current marital status and ask for a copy of the divorce paper. I only have the original on hand so she made a copy from it.

Hi congrats and I bless God for what He is doing, as derivative you need to file the form I-824 check with your attorney on this, mine told me that's the form I will file it's called follow to join after my greencard approval. It takes less time. I 130 might take some time. There is one of us here who has already filed it and am following here timeline. On uscis site it shows it takes almost a year to be approved

You are right but I guess she can benefit on the form i824 it takes less time to process

Thanks Ziongirl,  yes I know this form -Derivative to follow, i have helped my niece fill this out before but we have to ask someone for financial support.  Hope ours won't need it.  You're  right it takes shorter processingbtimes mostly consular.   I'm just trying to avoid attorney fees for this coz consular processing is not included in my case.

Really don't know much about that..but got this information..hopefully you get more responses dear...👇

To start this process, you will need to prepare and submit a visa petition to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on Form I-130, with supporting documents and a fee. If you are petitioning for more than one son or daughter, you need to fill out an I-130 for each of them.

Thanks, does Vawa Petitioner need to provide financial support to for their children?
