Congratulations for your AGE !!! How long does it take to receive the EAD after receiving the "card in production" message?

Hello, Is there anyone here in the forum who has archived your EAD (C-09) in September 2018 or after this date that you received that EAD? Thank you for your answers….

Hello, Is there someone from the forum who has archived your EAD (C-09) in September 2018 or later and received it? Thanks for your comments....

Vermont. When you apply for an EAD through an I-485 pending approval with Vawa (I-360) it is requested through Vermont.

Hello, But how is that possible? If you look at the official USCIS website, they indicate that they are currently working with the applications filed on September 03, 2018. I hope that Sandra and the other collaborators can guide us on what to do ....

Hello staypositive, what happens with the people who had a previous I-485 (ex-partner) which was denied because the couple withdrew said application? Thank you...

Hi sandranj, 1. Do you know why there are several cases of people who have more than the maximum time established by USCIS (5 months) and have not yet received their EAD? 2. What could be done to remedy this situation? 3. What are the risks when contacting the congressman to try to accelerate the EAD? Thank you for your cooperation on this matter!

Hello, I wonder what are the risks of contacting the congressman in the case of JonShai who lives in Florida and is not a Sanctuary city. Recall that Vawa applicants do not have defined migratory status and some have been denied some other migratory benefit (I-485 through the ex-partner). I appreciate your comments ...

I understood that USCIS did not give information over the phone about the Vawa cases (I-485-through Vawa), I thank you please clarify if I am wrong. Has anyone in this forum received your EAD after the maximum processing time (5 months) has expired? Thank you all for your comments!

So I understand you did not apply for Vawa? I would like to know the reason why USCIS delays in some cases more than the 5 months that they set to process the EAD. Anyone else in the forum that has more than 5 months without USCIS sending you the EAD (C-09)?

Why did you request 2 different EAD? Under which category did you request both EAD?

Hi, I think it is possible that you are not correctly interpreting what USCIS is communicating to you. Usually USCIS sends an additional evidence request form (RFE) that contains all the possible evidence but only marks with an X the evidence that you have to send, I do not believe USCIS is asking you for all the evidence you mention. Then I sent an example of RFE where you can see that only one of the possible evidence is marked with an X, in this case refers to evidence of good moral character. I hope this helps, I suggest that Sandra or someone else confirm this information. Example of RFE:

Hi, Even if you have a DL and social security number, if you do not have a work permit, I think you should not do UBER. I suggest you consult with Sandra or some lawyer ...

I suggest you try that Sandra can take your case, she knows a lot about Vawa
