    hey guys, so I got the email that my fiancé can now pick up his passport from the courier service, in the email is states he has to make an appt on the ais.usvisa-info.com site. I do not see where I can make that appointment. please help!

    Today my fiancé had the embassy interview, they said his birth certificate was not authenticated so they gave him a paper for him to resubmit it with his passport via DHL. It is so frustrating to get to this point and have set backs. I am trying to not be upset but feeling defeated today.
