Just got an update on my case: New card is being produced

No interview and I filed under a divorce waiver. Heres the overall timeline:

    3/24/2021 - Filed
    4/21/2021 - NOA1
    6/28/2021 - Biometrics
    9/29/2022 - RFE
    10/18/2022 - RFE response sent
    10/26/2022 - RFE response received
11/22/2022 - New card is being produced

My RFE was fairly simple, USCIS stated that I had sent enough evidence for the first two years of my relationship, but not enough for the third year (when we got separated).

Thank you all for the help and support and hope your petitions work out as well. I’m not interested in applying for citizenship anytime soon so I’m considering my immigration journey over for the time being.

I've been tracking ~10000 LIN cases around my case number (filed April 2021) and, unsurprisingly, there's been very little movement on a daily basis. I've collected data on June 10th, 13th and 14th and I've only seen 5 status updates among those 10k cases.

Still playing around with the range of case numbers I'm tracking in order to collect statistically meaningful data, and I can't guarantee that I'll be doing this regularly or consistently, but hopefully this will give some insights or patterns on how LIN is processing I-751s.

I had my interview around three weeks ago, it didn’t go as smooth as the ideal interview as I have some unauthorized work in my background.
I didn’t get an approval on the spot and my case status changed to “Interview is completed and case must be reviewed”, which at first wasn’t very concerning but as time went by I was obsessively checking the status multiple times a day so I had to stop worrying about it before I went insane.
Checked it again yesterday and it changed to “New card is being produced” so that’s an approval!

I’m relieved and and happy to say I’m done with this endless immigration process for at least two years.

Not sure if I'm gonna have any use to it since my interview is in two weeks but at least I can finally get a drivers license and stop carrying my passport everywhere!

Got my interview scheduled for February 21st, a little far ahead but at least there's no second guessing anymore.

This upcoming month better fly, I'm sick of this immigration limbo where we're not allowed to do anything 😩
