Hi everyone, hope you are all doing fine. I have 2 questions:
1- What to prepare for unmarried son over 21 ( His parents are us citizen) before visa interview?
2- Do his parents require to join visa interview with him?
Thanks!

I can make appointment with USCIS to get stamped I-551 even I've not received any letter or receipt after I-751 submission? by the way, here what I got letter from DMV.
1- Bring this letter, along with your MN license, permit, or ID card, to a driver's license renewal office.
2- Bring a new or extended residency document, or an INS receipt of application for extension of legal presence status.
3- Complete application.

I cant get any job coz they keep asking for GC even I explained them I have stamp on my passport and permitted to get any job within one year until getting GC. I'm bored of this to stay home with nothing to do. sight !!!

A driver's license has nothing to do with work authorization. It does not matter.
The green card (I-551) provides work authorization.
The SSN allows income taxes to be collected.
Thanks @aaron2020

No it's not. You can use a green card, or you can use an SSN and driver's license.

The endorsed immigrant visa, however, is enough.
I got SSN and i551 stamped on my passport with letter from border protection officer said the stamp on my passport is temporary GC for one year; it's either used for employment as well. is it ok for getting a job ?

I also haven't received Greed Card yet, paid on 12/30/2018 and POE on 01/18/2019. its almost 7 weeks now.

I’m here for 6 weeks with no green card to me yet, SSN got in the first week. Any idea ?

My hubby and I met on “HelloTalk,” a language exchange app. During the interview, my hubby said to CO that we met on “HelloTalk” app on April (no specific date because we can’t remember) 2016, and started to chat on “WhatsApp” on May 1, 2016, and deleted “HelloTalk” because we felt we didn’t need to talk to anyone else anymore from lanague exchange app (which is true). He just spoke honesty. He is now moving to U.S. this Sunday!
Great, thanks you. i would say on FB. thanks

The answer would be yes. Her mother filed an I-130 for her.
Any accepted petition counts - approved, withdrawn, denied, still pending, etc. Read the questions literally and answer honestly and you'll be fine.
"anyone else" is key here. Somebody else is known to have done so.
YES, please. best of luck.

I am a U.S. Citizen and I am filling I-130 petition for my spouse. I married her in November 3, 2018. Her mother who is also a US citizen filed a I-130 petition to change her status from B2 visa to F1 in May 2015 then in April, 2016 the petition was approved, in June, 2016 she receive a letter for the National Visa Center telling her "A visa number is unaivalable and this petition is not elegible for further processing". Now, I don't know how to answer the question "Has anyone else ever filed a petition for the beneficiary?" in form I-130, in other word, I don't know if counts as a petition or not. Should I answer YES or NOT? I need help! Please. Thanks!
if you have never filed for someone before, just said NO.

If you enter on the CR-1 visa before your 2 year anniversary then you will be a conditional permanent resident and get a 2 year green card.
If you lose the card, it gets damaged, stolen, has an error, etc., then you file an I-90 to get it fixed/replaced.
Within 90 days of the 2 year anniversary of entering the US (not the 2 year marriage anniversary!), you must file an I-751. Not a day sooner, and avoid filing late.
Upon I-751 approval, you will get a 10 year green card.
Assuming you don't become a citizen by the end of those 10 years, you would file an I-90 to renew the card. Or if it has an error, gets lost/damaged/stolen, etc., then you would file an I-90 still.
thanks you so much
