From the VJ perspective you are an October filer as we go with the received date. If you start calling USCIS you need to mention the November 2 date as thet is the day they go by.

I am just wondering if anyone else out there has guilt of moving away from their parents and siblings in this process? I am very close with my family and my petition just got approved but now the tough feelings are setting in. I just wonder if there are other people out there who feel this guilt or is this something that shouldn't be happening. I'm not sure why it bothers me, just upset to be missing out on all the things involved when I'm in the same city as my family and not coping well with the change. Don't get me wrong I am super excited of course to start my new life and finally be reunited with my fiancé, however just looking for some tips or acknowledgement that I am not alone.

NOA1 October 31. Probably another 30 days of waiting until NOA2. Good luck and patience to all of you! Does anyone preparing I134 or any other documents before NOA2? We haven't touched anything yet.

We received NO1 on October 31, still waiting. But it looks like it started going much faster. Expecting NO2 in Mid-May! 😍

Hello! I am from Almaty, Kazakhstan as well. I believe with Kazakh diplomas, you would need to get notary translation of your diploma so you would be able to use that in USA. When you will go to interview, you would need police certificate from Kazakhstan. 
 
Вам нужно будет взять справку о несудимости в ЦОНе и нотариально ее перевести на английский язык. Если есть другие страны где вы проживали с 16 лет более 6 месяцев кроме США, вам нужно будет предоставить справку о несудимости.
