kpmartini got a reaction from MRJ9987 in The Big IR-1/CR-1 DQ'd Message Group (Part V)
hi, thanks for sharing. Quick question, what do you mean by uploading documents to CEAC? Everything is already uploaded since submitting the application. Did you submit some additional documents?

Even if there is nothing stamped in the passport during their "visit," the officer may unknowingly trigger the "immigration." (I speak from experience) My green card has a July date (visit), and the stamp in the passport has an August date (when I intended to immigrate). I still haven't figured out how to correct the discrepancy.

Correct. It says in their booklet that they were both transferred to the "Reserve" afterwards but they never were called to serve officially

kpmartini got a reaction from See7 in N-400 June 2021 Filers
N-400 Timeline so far. Today my window opened for early filing! I submitted my application N-400, received NOA (2 minutes after submitting) then 5 minutes later received another NOA that they would reuse biometrics and case updated to being actively reviewed. Has anyone else had this experience?

Update on my ROC case. Received a NOA stating that the fingerprints from my previous case will be applied to the ROC and that I do not have to appear for a biometrics appointment and the fee will not be refunded.
Also, still waiting for the first NOA that case was received with receipt number... anyone get this yet?

Just an update for anyone who’s interested- I just got off the phone with a USCIS live agent and they confirmed that if the case is updated with fingerprints being applied, the biometrics appointment will be waived.

No NOA in the mail yet! so does this mean we don’t have to have another biometrics appointment?

Just got an online case status update as follows:
As of June 16, 2020, fingerprints relating to your Form I751, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE, Receipt Number YSCXXXXXXX, have been applied to your case.
That being said, I have not had a biometrics appointment and I’m assuming these are from the initial AOS application? Any ideas? Has anyone heard of this happening?

Just got a text message with my receipt number. Looks like it’s going to the Potomac center (YSC). Anyone know if this is faster/slower? Thank you!
