The person u will write to for DC is Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton. I write to her when my K1 approval delayed. They are really good, her office contacted uscis and my case my approved in no time.

Hmm, I think is best to send evidence of ongoing relationship to NVC. Anything that occurred from the time u send in your case to USCIS until now.(NVC)...so that all can be forwarded to the Embassy....that's a good look on ur case.

I submitted my case June , 2018, I've made 2 more trips to see my husband from June 2018....in October, 2018 and I'm abt to take the 2nd trip April 10, 2019. I'll forward those trips to NVC

It's ur approval.....relax and start getting ready for NVS stage.

They are not affected. So far the processing date has moved each workday. It's up to 6/6/2018 now 

1. Ghana itself is a difficult embassy. 
2. Ur wife didnt visit u after marriage.
3. Her income is very low to even support herself.
4. The CO asked u again regarding why ur wife didnt visit u after the marriage ( u still didnt explain). 
5. U had no proof of her surgery.
6. U knw nothing abt the co sponsor 
7. U and ur wife didnt do any or enough research regarding this case or Ghana Embassy.
 
Like already mentioned, the CO didnt think the marriage was bonafide that's why the case was returned. If it was just the income, the CO would've  approved ur visa becuase she had a co sponsor yet her income in very low.... Rignt now, u will have to wait until it case is returned to the states n back to the Embassy for a 2nd interview and this can take over a year...during this wait, I'll suggest that ur wife make few more trips to Ghana, get a 2nd job and build ur case for the 2nd interview.
 

Ur right something is going on with tht......my last update shows Feb 1 but case still shows received. Hope we hear something soon. 

Very sad and unfair. I'll hit my 8th month of waiting  Feb 28, 2019. I'm not expecting to hear from them probably end March or April. 😔💔
 
Try to get busy with work or any fun activities to help clear ur mind from the long wait.  I keep busy with work and planning my trips to see my husband 😍 it helps a little with the long wait 🙄

I plan on calling tomorrow. I'll tell them that my case update changed from June 28 to Feb 1 but my case still shows "Case received" so I would like to knw the status or what's going on.... that's it.

12-14 months  from the time they received the case to interview.

October, November,  December January.....it all shows June 28, 2018 as the last update never that date I checked. I think they did something to my case.

Thn show that....show them that you lived together. Lease, rent payments with both names on it....anything that shows u have lived together for 3 years.....that'sgood evidence

Well, I would say is best to have it if they ask for it thn not having it. Go and get it, it wouldn't hurt u. My husband is from a high fraud country "Ghana", so I went and get a joint bank account.  I already had a capital one credit card so just added as a authorized user. A card was mailed in his name. Hes now using it in Ghana. I keep all statements to show we are both on the same account.
 
I would say cover all ur basics.....don't leave any room for the CO to question ur marriage 
 

U will have to call the NVC again and tell them ur situation. Maybe they can send u other email or confirm ur email address.
