Second opinion for what? The only opinion that matters is St. Lukes (not loots). If people are trying to think it's a money grab, it's not. You pay 1 fee for medical. It covers sputum as well. Now they have way more work to do and they do not get any more money.

I think it is due to poor equipment or poor training on how to read an x-ray. Sadly my wife was flagged and had to go through this and it really does suck. By the time she finished and we got a new interview date, her visa was set to expire a few days later. Appointments at the embassy were tough to get because it was during covid. We ended up having to do the medical again. 2nd time x-ray was fine and no sputum.

Was your mom a Filipino citizen when you were born???? Otherwise, you can easily pay to extend your visa and there will be no issue at all about the date of the return ticket other than that one exists.  PH BI will not check at all.  The airline in the US will expect either a return ticket or onward ticket to check you in on the flight there.

Separately, your mom and you may want to look at reclaiming your Filipino citizenship.  You certainly can, and dual citizenship has advantages for some.

Do not even think about it. Just don't. Any type of ceremony could get your K1 denied. Get  married for real and get a CR-1. Far superior to a K1.

Your fiancee will need to complete CFO, either via tele-counseling or face-to-face seminar.  After the online or classroom session, she will get a CFO completion certificate.  That certificate will be acceptable for exit immigration at the airport.  She can't just show up at the airport without completing the CFO session and hope to get a CFO sticker.

You can leave any time you want.  There are no immigration checks when departing the US.  However, numerous people have made such decisions which they regretted alter.  The two questions I see standing out are:
    1.  Is the relationship salvageable?
    2.  Do you intend to continue on a path to legal residence in the US?

If you leave the US without an approved Advance Parole document at this point, you will abandon your Adjustment of Status.
Good luck.  I hope you find peace in the direction you decide to go.

An advice from an old experienced italian lady: don't leave immediately!
Leave the "dust" fell down on the floor, and take your time to rethink about the entire situation.
If you moved here, leaving your Country and went through the (endless) process to obtein the GC, it means something, right? Just now was a fight. It happens sometimes to say things you don't really think only because you are angry. Now I try to see your point: "I'm here alone, nobody from my family, US is a difficult Country for living, maybe some problem with language (as I have!)... and this man I gave everything for, the love of my life, now became my worst enemy!!!"... It is  very human reaction thinking to run away!
But take a bit for thinking about it , and all the consequences it would bring. It's worth to do it? Are you really sure that coming back to your Country is the solution that would make you happier and safer? If you leave now, probably will be very difficult to step back. Running  and doing things on the spur of the moment never solved a problem. So, unless you are afraid for your security, I would take some time for myself, just to clear my mind.
    Good luck!

You are very confusing. A K-1 is a fiance visa for your partner to come to the USA and get married to you? I don't understand you saying you will get married in the Philippines. Also as @Chancy said you would need to file for a recognition of divorce not an annulment since you were married in the USA and not in PH. The recognition of divorce takes time and money, meaning this will not happen fast. Either do a K-1 and marry here OR if you get married there do an online Utah wedding.

USA would giving her the visa not PH so in USA if you are legally divorced you can apply for a visa. Not strange at all.

As far as every country in the world is concerned you are legally divorced. Only PH does not recognize it. Your CR-1 would be filed through USA so it does not care how PH sees it.

Do yourself a favor and consider a Utah wedding. You can do it together from Philippines and then have a reception there with her family and friends. Then file CR-1

Please let's not confuse the OP. You will never need your CFO sticker/certificate again after your first exit from the Philippines to a foreign destination. You will also never have a green card unless you have come to America already, in which case, CFO is irrelevant.

I travelled last year using my conditional green card. No hassles at all. I didn't need to present anything apart from my passport, GC and COVID test result.

Thousands-even tens of thousands- exit the Philippines every day and the vast majority of them don't have issues.

PH immigration officials target Filipino tourists who they suspect (rightly or wrongly) are going to work abroad illegally or who might be human trafficking victims. They don't bother hassling GC holders.

Right here is your problem. You are seeking and reading these stories. They don't apply to you so stop worrying yourself, it's not good for your health. Think of the 1000's and 1000's of people that fly out of the Philippines every day with no problem. Why are you seeking out the very few that did not go well. You don't know the exact reason, only the infamous "they said" which everyone spreads around in the PH. Maybe documents weren't in order, maybe forged, maybe underage with fake visa's.

When I travelled with my fiance on the K1 visa from MNL to SFO, we made a side trip to HK to see a friend. I experienced no hassles. I was also using a new passport so it didn't even have stamps from my previous travels. I don't think you'll have any issues. Just try to stay together during immigration when possible (but don't insist- just inform the officer you're traveling together) and make sure she's confident (knows her rights and answers questions directly with no extra stuff) and respectful.

CFO doesn't apply to an American citizen ever and would not apply to the Filipino if they had become a permanent resident or us citizen

Unless you are willing to travel, long distance is not for you. If you don't have time to learn the culture in a foreign country, a foreign spouse is not for you. I am living my best life, married to a Pinay for 6 years, started our relationship 12 years ago, 2 children, and happy as can be. I was willing to do the 2 things above.

This has been discussed a lot here. While your divorce is recognized in every country in the world, it is not recognized in Philippines. Therefore you can not get married in the Philippines. You can get married in the Philippines with an online wedding through Utah. You would then be able to apply for a CR-1. You could also go the K-1 route. In order to have your divorce recognized in PH you would have to file for a recognition of divorce. That takes time and money and you would need a Philippines Lawyer.

Being that you are legally married in PH there are hoops you will need to jump through and extra steps to take. I am not familiar with all of them but others will hopefully chime in. I think whatever route you go, the CFO will be the biggest hurdle, because that is required by PH and remember, they consider you married still.
