I called an immigration lawyer and was advised to send both. Plus with extension I'm ok. I don't need my green card anymore, I got it only for 2 years.

Yes the judge granted my ex annulment as he is an American citizen. There is a lot of discrimination here. A lot of innocent people are in jail.

Contact Spar Bernstein they also have a Facebook page I have seen a lot of success stories on them online and they also have a show that you can call in and talk to the lawyer on Facebook. I’m sure you can get help especially if you have all the proof. But you need a reputable lawyer who have handles these types of cases.

Exactly. That’s why the story is sooo wild I am not even sure it’s fiction or truth. So according to her (OP), there is a conspiracy to frame her by labeling her marriage as fraud and this conspiracy involves her ex, her ex’s lawyer and the Judge and they all hated her and the Judge basically just threw out all of her evidence and based purely on the oral testimony of a vindictive ex, ruled that her entire two years of marriage was fraud and annulled it. Meanwhile, her lawyer just sat there watching all of this happening and didn’t do a thing.

Now you tell, does any of it make sense to us normal people?

I filed i751 bona fide marriage with divorce/annulment pending procedings. I had an interview with uscis officer and once i handed him my annulment decree he said he can't adjudicate my case and interview me because legally my marriage never existed. If the law says that marriage never existed why does the form allows me to choose an option of bona fide marriage waiver ended in annulment? I waisted my money, time, only to go to USCIS and being refused an interview? The officer never looked at my bona fide evidence nor asked me questions. Is that some kind of loophole or misleading immigration law? I'm devastated.  Anybody knows what I can Do? File a complain, write to Ombudsman?

I doubt that the judge ruled in favor of your ex simply because he is an American citizen.

I agree.  I did a quick Google search, and it seems that an annulment is not easy to get in Florida, and are actually rarely granted.

Something in this whole story is off.

More importantly there is no bad judge pass as far as USCIS is concerned.

The evidence that USCIS is going to consider that says you committed fraud is the annulment saying you committed fraud.

A Judge ruled fraud on your part. USCIS is not going to re-evaluate a Judges decision, they will accept it as fact.  If there was truly no evidence then it is very very surprising that a Judge ruled fraud. They dont issue those rulings lightly. If you feel the annulment was granted improperly and you do have a solid case to show there was no fraud and there is no evidence of fraud then you should really look into getting the annulment appealed and the grounds for it changed if possible.

You said the annulment was based on a fraudulent marriage, so I was going by that and assumed the annulment said that was the reason it was given.

So a Judge determined that the marriage was fraudulent? And you submitted a document that said the marriage was fraudulent.

Annulments are talked about a lot on this site but seem incredibly rare.

The issue is whatever your husband presented but Bonafide out the window. All that evidence you have means nothing. So they are refuting the notion it was real. They are believing what your ex said that you married for a green card and it wasn't bonafide.

This is what I find confusing about the OP's story.  Surely both parties would have had to have signed the annulment?

Contact a lawyer. You should have had an immigration attorney to begin with. Their first advice might have been, don't do the annulment, do a divorce instead....
