  1. USCIS will not care if you lost your job or not because you're LPR at that time and you know that you have I-751 need to be take care of. For now, new I-130 then wait.
  2. This RFE is "common" in Vietnam, which is called "Family tree" and it caused by a reason: family's members introduce someone in VN to their son, brother, or sister. The form they asked for is "family tree" worksheet. Look like the OP not doing their homework since they not bring a "family tree" at the interview.
