  1. I-751 is low priority. If citizenship is your goal, you can file for naturalization after getting back from the trip.

  3. Unless you want to file a petition to bring your family's members to USA, no one is really care about birth cert. Also, you need to research more about dual citizenship. Your home country is allow dual citizenship.
