where it says: your petition has been approved!!! 

 
WE GOT APPROVED!! UAHHHH!!!!!  how ironic the day I left and landed back home!

I found out that the wonderful Russian ladies who have been talking to my fiance identified me by "Mike", "Michael and Yulia" and Sept 1 NOA1 date. If you read this, please message my Yuliashinka and tell her I love her so much.

Wow, two Notice Explaining USCIS Actions in that batch.  I always hate seeing those! 

I signed my intent in blue too I think  as if I needed something else to panic about.

Yes a copy of the approved NOA2 or the real thing and make a copy for your records. I'm making a copy for my fiance and having him take the real thing. You never know!
